Steve was being secretive and Y/N was at her limits she definitely had enough of it. She didn't want to accuse Steve of anything but it was getting to the point where he was cancelling plans, avoiding her and just all round being a very shitty boyfriend. Y/N and Steve had been together for only three months so everything was very new and fresh and I course Y/N wanted to trust her boyfriend he had never given her a reason not too up until now when all the secrecy started to come about.

Y/N drove to Steve's work and she was going to confront him about the lies— she didn't care that he was working because Y/N wasn't going to wait until later to do this it needed to be done now especially since she was so angry, because Y/N knew what she was like she would get angry and think about confronting Steve but she would talk herself out of it and fall back into hold habits with Steve, where he would convince her that nothing was wrong and she would always fall for it every single time but not anymore Y/N was completely over the lies, secrecy and deception.

Y/N pulled up her car in the parking lot she took a deep breath and then got out of her car and locked it up before walking into the shopping centre where Steve was currently working with their mutual friend Robin, it was actually Robin who introduced Steve and Y/N to each other and soon enough they became a couple, when Y/N walked into Scoops Ahoy she saw Steve behind the ice cream counter casually flirting with two girls who were getting ice cream, Robin was leaning against the counter absolutely bored out of her mind.

When Steve saw his girlfriend walking towards him his face lit up at the sight of her, it was no shock that Y/N's face didn't show the same enthusiasm while she approached the counter

"Hey babe how come you're—" Steve didn't even finish his sentence before Y/N slapped his face so hard that his stupid little hat flew off his head, the customers laughed a little and Robin just stood there in surprise that Y/N had actually smacked Steve.
"What was that for?" Steve asked Y/N with confusion laced in his tone and hurt across his face

"Are you going to tell me what's going on?" Y/N asked with anger

"I don't know what you mean?" He asked

"Why have you been ignoring me Steve?" She asked him and Robin's eyes went wide— she knew this secrecy towards Y/N was going to catch up to him soon enough and today was that day

"What? I haven't been ignoring you don't be stupid." Steve said casually

"Please don't call me stupid Steve, you have been ignoring me, avoiding me, cancelling dates— you left me waiting at a restaurant that you booked for as a date and you can't even tell me the truth I am sick of the secrecy. Either you tell me what the hell is going on or a will walk out of this door and I swear to god Steve you will never see me again." Y/N said seriously and even Robin knew she meant what she just said,

"I can't tell you Y/N I'm sorry but you have to believe me it's nothing bad I promise you." Steve said to her

"How can I believe you when I don't trust you, tell me what's going on Steve because I am so close to leaving right now." Y/N sighed in frustration
