Y/N and Joseph met while both working for a film called Make Up, she thought he was sweet and kind. This was her first role in a film, it was her first acting role in general so she was nervous and apprehensive about everything around her, but Joseph made her feel at ease. He could tell she was nervous— at first she kept to herself and barely spoke to anyone on set unless it was just to take notes from directors or to run lines with people she was a particularly shy girl. Y/N played Joseph's girlfriend who had come to visit him in the caravan park he was staying at in Cornwall, the scene they were currently filming was getting heated, Joseph was shouting at Y/N and deep down it was actually starting to scare her a bit— she'd never seen him be like this before this was a whole different side to him, and she knew it was only acting but she just couldn't shake the fact that she was genuinely scared.

Y/N couldn't show this emotion though because in the script her character had to be sat on the caravan sofa looking out of the window showing no sign of fear from the shouting that was going on behind her, and she was really trying not to break character and as Joseph's character stormed out of the caravan slamming the door and locking it behind him the director had called cut and that scene was over,

'Fantastic work you two!' The director called out to both Y/N and Joseph

"Thank you Claire." Joseph smiled at the woman just as Y/N stood up and walked out of the caravan— Joseph caught a glimpse of her walking away as the coastal air blew her hair wildly across her face and everywhere else.
"Y/N?" He called out to her

"I'm fine Joe." She tried to put on a brave voice but as the wind died down, at that exact moment he heard the quiver in her voice and he rushed to stand in front of the young girl

"What's wrong?" He asked with his hands on her shoulders

"I'm just tired that's all, really I'm fine." She lied yet he could see right through her.

"No it's something else." He pushed

"I got scared okay?" She admitted

"Scared?" He asked

"Yes."

"Of what?" He asked again, all she did was give him a look with her eyes and he instantly knew, she got scared of him
"Of me?" He continued and she stayed silent
"You know I would never—" he started to panic

"I know Joe, it's just— five months we've been together and we have had this amazing honeymoon period where it's been bliss, but seeing you in there it did scare me I have never seen a side of you like that." She finally told him— he held her face in his hands and guided it up to look at him

"I would never okay? I know you know that's acting, and if it scared you then I'm sorry but I would never talk to you like that." He reassured Y/N who nodded her head softly.

"It's alright. Like I said I'm just tired and I was overthinking and getting in my own head, I know you wouldn't talk to me like that or anyone like that." She smiled and so did he, Joseph kissed the top of Y/N's head and hugged her tightly before the two of them went home together.
