Movie night?

Momo and I arrived at school together where our friends were waiting for us. We went to our classes and now it's lunch time.

"man I totally forgot about the stupid chem test" I banged my head on the table as I thought back to the god awful test I gave. The thought alone made me shudder.

Jeongyeon snorted "girl, you straight up forgot. I KNEW but I still didn't study"

"Why am I not surprised" mina spoke.

"She speaks" chae teased her to which mina rolled her eyes.

The lunch tables are round. I was sitting between momo and jeongyeon. Nayeon was on jeongyeons other side, obviously. Chaeyoung was next to momo and then mina was next to chae.
Momo and mina were both busy eating, chae and jeongyeon were constantly making dad jokes, nayeon was staring at jeongyeon with this weird look. God they're so obvious why are they even trying to hide it anymore. I smirked as I decided to tease them.

"What are you staring at nayeon"

"W-what?"

"You're like full on staring at jeongyeon. And your eyes what is that? Are they glowing?"

Jeongyeon tried suppressing a smile as nayeon slightly widened her eyes at me.

"Is it a crime to stare at your friend? Besides-"

"Wait no" chaeyoung pointed at me "your onto something. Even I've noticed"

I turned to nayeon, a smirk plastered on my face as she tried desperately not to cuss me out which she is very capable of doing.

"Why are you so quiet jeongyeon" mina asked, suddenly interested in the convo too. Momo was looking around the table as well. 

"You, mina, are asking me, jeongyeon, why IM quiet??" Jeongyeon exasperated.

"Shut up"

"Wait wait wait" chae spoke out, "since there are no boundaries within this group and we all have reached that level of comfort with each other, I will just straight up say what I'm thinking"

"What are you thinking" I instigated.

"I think nayeon likes jeongyeon-"

My smile vanished before it could form as she continued "but jeongyeon likes y/n"

"What?!" "Huh??" "Y/N?!!"

"woah" momo made her grand contribution to the convo.

"Where the hell did you get that from?!!" Jeongyeon said, clearly confused.

"Jeongyeon!!" Nayeon smacked her shoulder

"I don't like y/n!!!"

"Hey! That's really rude" I gasped

"You know what I mean!"

"Do I?"

"This feels like a soap opera" mina muttered and momo agreed.

"Guys I don't like y/n" Jeongyeon pretended to rip her hair out.

"Okay but, why didn't nayeon say anything when I said she likes you" we all turned to nayeon.

"Uh" nayeon looked at all our faces

"She likes her" mina deadpanned. "It could not be more obvious"

"What makes you so sure" nayeon shot back.

"Other than the fact that you guys were literally gripping each other's thigh under the table and both your faces are blood red right now, I don't know" mina spoke, as we all gasped.
