After we were done with our task, we exited the large hotel and headed to a nearby souvenir shop.
There was quite frankly one fairly close by, only about a 2 minute walk.
So we walked in and saw stuff that you'd see in a typical souvenir shop; magnets, shirts, bucket hats, keyrings, all of that stuff, so I decided I wanted to get something for our grandparents so I thought magnets would be a great idea. I got them one with a teeny thermostat in the side of it, which I thought was adorable, and the island itself on the other side and 'Jeju Island' written across the top. I also got them matching mugs.
My sister got something for our aunts and uncles while my brother got something for our grandparents on our mum's side, as I got them for our dad's side.
"you know, we could always ask Changbin, Ryujin and them lot if they want anything and we could easily come back here. Mum and dad will probably, as usual, want to get something for every single person they know anyway." I pointed out after Chae purchased her items.
"Yeah exactly" said Felix.
"Very true" Chae also agreed.

We were now back in our room and we'd let our parents know. So after that we closed the door which separated the rooms and started a call on the group chat with Chan, Changbin, Ryujin and b/f/n on Felix's phone.
b/f/n answered in a split second and so did Ryujin. The guys were taking longer for whatever reason. Before they had even answered, b/f/n kept asking us eagerly if we did it.
We nodded with the same energy. And since it was me who took the photos, I sent them on our group chat while the call was on Felix's phone. As I was picking out the photos, only Chan answered and I was wondering why, but then you could see Chabgbin was with him. What took them so long anyway?
"Yo did u do it?" Changbin questioned.
"Yes we diiiid" Chae answered.
"Aw yeah are you sending it now y/n?" Changbin asked now talking to me.
"Yep. Aaaand they're sent." I announced after I pressed the send button on my phone.
b/f/n let out a squeal and her face immediately got closer to the camera as she was clearly inspecting every inch of the photo.
She thought for a minute and then made her final decisions.
We were all looking at the youngest through the screen waiting for her response.
"So..."
There was a long pause.
"I think..."
and again.
"That this guy looks pretty charming, he's got nice lips, nice hair, got a cute mole under his eye."
Okay okay...
"However..."
Oop-
"I think that Nishimura Riki is still more attractive. Also this guy looks a couple years older than me anyway."
"You made that seem awfully serious." Chan blurted out of nowhere and everyone laughed in agreement.
"It's like you were a judge on a TV show or something." he added and we once again went into a fit of laughter.
We talked for the next half an hour although unfortunately, Ryujin had to leave early because her parents needed her for something urgent. Hope it's not something bad.
Anyway we had to go too now because our parents announced the arrival of lunch time so we said bye and hung up then headed down to the buffet.
"So what were you guys up to?" asked our mother.
"We were wandering around, we also split a bungeoppang, it was very yummy!" Felix responded.
"Aaah niceee" commented mum.

We arrived at the buffet shortly after and got ourselves a table. We just put our stuff down and headed to the buffet tills. It smelled absolutely amazing. I got a bibimbap with a little tteokbokki and an apple juice to drink.
Once I tried it, I was shook. Why was it so good? What the fuck? Wow the food here is seriously really appetising.
We were all peacefully eating when mine, Felix and Chaeryeong's phones all got a ding meaning it was a text from the group chat.
It was b/f/n.

Wow I mean are we surprised? She's b/f/n, of course it's not a shocker. She changes her mind about things dreadfully quickly. But the six of us have learned to deal with it by now haha.
We were done eating and then we decided to go into town.
There's always taxis parked outside the hotel's entrance so we just got in one of those but of course we needed a big one as there are five of us.
We asked him to take us to town and he did so. The ride was like 5-10 minutes, not that long. My dad just got along well with the driver as usual.
So then he dropped us off and we explored the place for so long, it was already time for dinner. We decided to go to a welcoming-looking restaurant and eat there and the food was lovely, it was also a quite posh place and also not too expensive but not too cheap, it was all just right.

Now comes the bit where I get to pay hehe. Luckily I saw a petite ice cream parlour on the way here just before we got out of the taxi so since it's close by, I know the way. So we're exiting the restaurant now so I think it's a perfect time to tell our parents the so-called surprise.
"Mum, dad" I got their attention.
"Yes honey?" answered dad.
"Would you guys like to get ice cream with us? It's on me and you can't say it's not!"
"Are you sure darling?" asked dad.
"Absolutely."
They smiled sweetly.
"Ok we should be there in like a minute." I spoke.

We arrived exactly a minute later and inspected all the flavours. In the end I decided on [your favourite ice cream flavour(s)].
We had our very scrumptious ice creams and headed back to the hotel to get to bed ready for another day of interesting events.
