Plea of Insanity

Everyone hides in the bushes along the edges of the camp called Oceanside. Tara goes into the camp and into one of the houses towards the middle of it. 

"She's got fifteen minutes." Rick says looking down at his watch.

You look through the trees, at the children, at all the women. 'Where are all the men?' Your mind wanders. 

"(Y/N)," You glance over at Jesus, who's only a few feet away from you, "did Negan ever tell you about these women?"

Your mind wanders some more until you remember. "Yes." You can feel Rick glaring at you from further down the line of people. "He said that Simon found their group, they tried to fight, and as punishment, Simon killed all of their men."

"All of 'em?" Daryl asks from the other side of you.

"Not all of them, the boys 10 and under got to live." 

"Wow, I bet all these women were super grateful for that," Rick says in a sarcastic tone.

All you do is roll your eyes and look back out into the camp.

"Her time is up." Rick says, "Let's go." 

Only a second after his final words leave his mouth the TNT that Jesus and Daryl put down starts to explode. Everyone watches as the women run in a panic, all being led to a specific spot in the woods by the TNT. 

With your knives in hand, you go with Daryl and Jesus to secure the weapon shed that Tara told everyone about. Once you get to the shed you find two women running to get there. Michonne, who is still in the tree 2 miles outside of the camp, shoots a couple of warning shots at the ground and the shed. 

The women turn to find you, Daryl, and Jesus; each of you holding a different weapon. 

"On the ground, now!" Daryl yells at the women, pointing his crossbow at one of them. One of the women goes to the ground immediately. "Those hands put them on your head."

The other women stay standing and look at you and then at Jesus. "Please," Jesus says calmly, to which the woman listens and gets on her knees on the ground.

You and Jesus take out pieces of rope and tie the women's hands together, while Daryl waves off Michonne. Then you and Jesus help the women to their feet and walk them in the direction of all the other women. 

When you get to an opening in the woods you can hear different people from the group instructing the women, each person telling them that they don't want any of them to get hurt so they should just sit and stay quiet. But everyone in the group becomes quiet as Rick comes walking up behind you. 

Rick walks to where he is standing in front of all the women, then he says; "We made a lot of noise, so we want to wrap this up quick so you can redirect anything coming this way." He surveys over the heads of all the women and continues, "Tara says that your forests are relatively clear, so we won't take any chances. No one needs to get hurt." He starts to pace back and forth in front of the women. "This is just about what you have and what we need-"

"Nobody is taking anything!" An elderly woman yells as she walks in front of all of the women, holding a gun to Tara's head as she holds her by the collar of her jacket. "You need to let everyone go and leave right now." Your hands instinctively go back for your knives, ready to throw them. "Just walk away right now, or this one dies."
