𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛

Y/n's eyes opened and immediately moved to the clock so she could see what time it was, her eyes widened when she realized that they could be late for school. She hadn't gotten much sleep, she woke up most nights from a nightmare of sorts. Last night's was about her loosing Eddie and that took a while on convincing herself that he was okay

"Eddie, wake up now" y/n rolled over and shook him

Nothing happened

"Eddie come on" she shook his head but he didn't wake up

She leaned down and placed a kiss on his lips and pulled away once he kissed her back, his arms went to her waist as his eyes opened and he looked up at her "What was that for "

"Were gonna be late for school come on get up" she went to get up but his arms tightened around her "Eddie"

"Y/n" he copied her "we don't have to go in today"

"You have to get up, This is your year" she smiled down at him "and plus we have Hellfire today and if we keep loosing time maybe I'll just have to go to school in what I'm wearing now"

"I wouldn't mind that" He looked down at what she was wearing

"Everyone will see"

With her words he let go and allowed her to get up, she went to the one drawer she had at his place and grabbed jeans and one of her hellfire shirts out of it. She turned to see him still in bed but just looking at her.

"Up,come on your my ride and we have to get max" She pouted her lip at him and began to pull her jeans up before buttoning them

He glared at her knowing it always worked he trudged out of bed and grabbed clothes for the day

"Look, I'm not saying that my girlfriend is better than yours. It's just that Suzie's, like, a certified genius." Dustin told Mike as y/n and max walked to where they stood on the bleachers for the pep rally

"You do realize El saved the world twice, right?" Mike looked away from dustin and to the cheerleaders that danced in front of them

"And yet you still have a C in Spanish." He shrugged as the music concluded

"And let's hear it for your Tigers!" The announcer spoke as the basketball players broke through the paper and ran out Lucas amongst them

"Good morning, Hawkins High!" Jason yelled into the microphone making y/n roll her eyes, he does "inspirational" speeches every big game "First off... Hey. First off, I'd like to thank each and every one of you. Without your support, we wouldn't be here. Give yourselves a big hand." The crowd cheered, Lucas waved and you could tell he was trying to. Max's attention "And of course, of course, I have to give a special shout-out to the best and the prettiest fans of all time, the Tiger Cheer Squad"

The crowd cheered again

"Chrissy...Chrissy, I love you, babe... You know I think I can speak for all of us when I say it's been a tough year for Hawkins. So much loss. And sometimes I wonder, 'How much loss can one community take?' In dark days like this,
we need something to believe in..So, last night, when we were down by ten points at half to Christian Academy, I looked at my team, and I said, 'Think of Jack. Think of Melissa. Think of Heather. Think of Billy. Think about our heroic police chief, Jim Hopper.' " y/n looked down at her hands at this, Dustin looked over to check on her " 'Think about every one of our friends who perished in that fire. What did they die for? For us to lose to some... some crap school? No.' "
