Deceit.

An everyday occurrence.

It happens all the time in human interactions.

Whether it is an unintentional white lie, or a targeted attack at someone to reach your goal.

Deceit and its friend always follow one everywhere, without notice.

But how is deceit used?

What can one achieve with it? What goals are reached by deceiving anyone?

It could be to fulfill one's ambition. Maybe, an individual has to use others in his scheme to achieve a desired result.

But does every human being act that logically?

That rationally?

Always just looking towards the next goal, always working for it. Deceiving, putting in effort, and even more deceit.

There is an obvious answerof course not.

There are people who do not deceive to reach a goal.

They do it not because there is something they need to work towards.

No. Those people are different.

Then, why do they do it?

Just why would one ever put in the effort to trick others?

Once again, there is an obvious answer. One so ridiculous, no one had considered it.

Like a certain very devious and sometimes clueless author...

some deceive simply for their own amusement.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Inhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaale~

Exhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaale~

"Okay. Mimimi. Get yourself together!" Once I gave myself a small motivational pep talk, I slapped myself with both hands.

Organize your thoughts. Think about what happened yesterday and come to a logical conclusion. That is how I usually do things! When I'm not thinking about him...

Yesterday, I, Mizusawa-kun, Aoi-chan and.. Ayanokōji-kun, discussed the "Nakamu-Yuzu"-strategy. Where did we go..?

Oh yeah, we wanted to go to my house, but my grandma was visiting us. So.. I requested we go to Ayanokōji-kun's house instead.

I know that it's technically my fault, but.. I couldn't contain my curiosity!

Anyway, once we were there, we went to his room, discussed everything and left after a while..
