Realization

After the truth or game they went back to the cabin.
-So I got nothing.-said Niki as he sat down with a banana milk he got from the fridge.
-Same.-said everyone else too.
-That calms me down.-sighed Jungwon as he sat down next to Niki and grabbed the milk out of his hands.
-Hey.-he shouted like a kid and they started bickering.
-Enough.-shouted Heeseung he was most definitely tired already.-There's 7 days left and we need to get out of here and save those who will be killed or something.

-I can't believe I heard someone say that in real life.-whispered Jake.-It's like a horror movie.
-I think we should just go to sleep.-said Jay and everyone nodded.
-We'll continue this tomorrow.-said Sunoo as he yawned and everyone went inside their room.

Jake showered quickly and got into his PJs.
'Did I just get close to Sunghoon? This is so weird, like a dream.'
he thought as he went outside and threw himself down on his bed.
He put his blanket over himself and started at the ceiling.

-I made some sandwiches cause I was starving. Want some?-asked Sunghoon barging into the room scaring Jake.
-In a creepy place like this... don't do that.-said Jake trying to catch his breath.-Yeah I want some, thank you.
-Sure.-laughed Sunghoon as he put it next to Jake's bed.

As he put it down, he sat on Jake's bed.
-What are you doing?-asked Jake confused. He was sitting on his bed and Sunghoon sat next to him.
-I just wanted to tell you that I'm glad we talked over everything that has kept us apart.-said Sunghoon as he looked at his hands.
He hated talking about his feelings and he didn't know why but he wanted to say it to Jake.

-Y-yeah I'm glad too.-smiled Jake.-Why are you nervous? Are you scared of me or something?-asked Jake teasing Sunghoon because he saw how shy he became.
-Shut up. I hate talking about feelings and things like that.
-Sunghoon, I get that. I do too.-laughed Jake as he sat in a more comfortable way.-But I think we can improve ourselves because of the other. We can help each other, right?

-Yeah we can. We're a good fit.-smiled Sunghoon as he looked at Jake. He looked so pretty even thought he couldn't see him totally because of the dark. But he saw his eyes sparkle and he just got lost in them.
-I realized that after our talk while playing Truth or Dare.-added Sunghoon as he got closer and closer to Jake.

-I'm sorry, but your eyes are so beatiful.-whispered Sunghoon as he caressed Jake's cheeks.

Jake just admired Sunghoon's face. That flawless skin, that sharp jawline that cute nose and those beautiful lips.
-Wow, how can you be so perfect?-asked Jake but as soon as he asked that he backed up.-Forget I said that.

-I'm sorry...-said Sunghoon.-I got a bit carried away.
He stood up and went to his bed.
'We almost kissed... I almost kissed Jake. He probably thinks I was just playing him or something. He probably hates me.'

Jake was just turned his back to Sunghoon while eating the sandwich.
'I'm the stupidest thing on Earth. It's gonna be so awkward from now on. Even though it was true... he looks like an angel...'

Suddenly there was a shout. It was really loud because everything else was so quiet.
It made them shiver.
-W-what was that?-asked Jake standing up then him and Sunghoon ran down.
Everyone came out of their room.

-Is everyone okay?-asked Heeseung looking around.
-I think it was a girl.-said Sunoo and they ran outside.
There was not one person outside.

-Guys... this is getting really creepy.-exclaimed Niki holding his arms. It was really cold.
-I think it came from the lake.-said Jay and they ran to the lake.

There was a boat with no one on it.
-I think we should check it out.-said Jake as he got in one of the boats.
-You crazy? No... Just tell this to the camp leaders.-shook Sunoo his head and everyone nodded.
-You trust them? The camp leaders?-asked Jake angrily.-We have to do things ourselves around here, we can't trust no one especially them.

Everyone just stood there not doing anything.
-Okay, I'm going alone then.-said Jake as he untied the boat.
-The hell you are. I'm going with you.-said Sunghoon as he jumped in the boat next to Jake.
The boat was small for the two of them but they managed somehow. The water was cold, just as the weather right now.

-Be careful, okay? We'll go to the camp leaders.-shouted Heeseung and the 5 of them ran to the main building.
-We should row faster.-said Sunghoon. It was really tiring and they weren't even half way to the other boat.

Because of the situation and the cold weather they couldn't talk about what happened back in the cabin but it was on their minds.

As they got closer to the boat they looked inside of it. There was no one there.
-What the fuck? What is this?-asked Sunghoon as he climbed in the other boat.
-Okay, this is officially weird. What do we do now?-asked Jake looking around.

There was a little bit fog and the weather made them shiver.

-What if someone drowned?-asked Jake looking at the lake.
-Should we go in the lake and check?-asked Sunghoon. They didn't wanna swim... the water was too cold. But if that meant they could've saved a person's life then it wasn't a problem.

-It's probably a dumb idea but okay.-nodded Jake as got in the water slowly with Sunghoon.
-Be careful okay?-asked Sunghoon and Jake nodded.
-I mean we're getting in a really cold water with no information about how deep is the lake and it's dark. But yeah sure I'll be careful.-said Jake sarcastically as he fully got in the water trying to take deep breaths.

-Okay come in.-said Jake as he grabbed Sunghoon's hand and helped him.

With one hand they were holding the boat and they put their heads down in the water try to look for a person.

-I-I don't see anyone.-said Jake while shivering... it was getting hard to talk.
-Me neither. We should just go back.-said Sunghoon as they tried to get back on the boat.

Jake got up and tried to help Sunghoon.
That was when he noticed someone on the other boat, lying on the ground.
-Sunghoon, there's someone in the boat.-whispered Jake and Sunghoon looked over to the other boat.
-He was not here... how did he got here?-asked Sunghoon confused.-Is he a ghost? Please tell me he's not.
Sunghoon got really scared and hugged Jake. Jake could felt how fast his heart was beating.

-I-it's not a ghost.-said Jake and they went closer.-Hey, are you okay? Check if he's breathing.-said Jake to Sunghoon.
-You're the one who wants to be a doctor I think you know more things than me. But I'll be here don't worry.-said Jake as he put his hand around Sunghoon's waist.

-Hey, you? You okay?-whispered Sunghoon trying to touch his neck looking for a pulse.
He was trying hard not to fall between the two boats but Jake was at least holding him.
The guy was on his stomach, so they couldn't see who it was.

-He's alive.-smiled Sunghoon and he stood up.-We should pull him into our boat and get him out of here.
In that moment, that person stood up with a smile.
There was something in his hands that couldn't be seen because of the dark.
-Sunghoon, watch out.-shouted Jake as the person went closer to Sunghoon and hit him hard on the head.

Sunghoon fell on the floor and the person on the other boat quickly rowed away.
Jake couldn't see the face of the person it was too dark and foggy.

He bent down and checked Sunghoon's head. It was bleeding. Not heavily but still it was enough to scare the hell out of Jake.

-Sunghoon.-shouted Jake as he grabbed him by the shoulder and tried to wake him up.-It's okay, it's okay. I-I'll get you out of here and they'll treat you.

Jake started rowing as fast as he could but since he was now alone, it required more strength.
He was tired and out of breath but he had to get Sunghoon out of there as fast as he could.
