-Y/N's pov-
Everyone but us had left the gym, Hop and Joyce went to find Will, Nancy ran off somewhere, and I have no clue where Johnathan went. Hopefully he's not sucking my sister's face off.
I leaned forward into Dustin's ear and whispered "Doesn't the lunch lady hide all the chocolate pudding away?"
He nods in response and looks at the guy's and El but before he could say anything Mike shot up out of his seat and ran to the door
"Nancy? Jonathan?" He shouted then ran back in "They're gone."
"What?" Lucas leaned his elbow on his legs and looked at Mike
"Nancy and Johnathan. His car's gone" Mike pointed to the door he had just came from
"They're probably just sucking face somewhere" Dustin offered. He could be right, I'm not going to completely shut down that idea.
"Gross." Lucas whined
"No. No way!" Mike argued
"Did they go with the chief?" Dustin asked, he was so calm and collected for the type of situation we're in right now
"I don't know." Mike answered
I closed my eyes while they kept talking, zoning them out completely, thinking about happy things

"Pst Y/N" a small voice cut through the silence of the class room. I turned to face Dustin, the boy I had met just today
"Yea?" I whispered back
"You know Mike has friends he hasn't told you about?" Dustin kept his voice quiet
"Really? That's why he wanted me to make friends.." I mumbled disappointed
"Yeah, the kid's names are Will Byers and Lucas Sinclair. They're bullied by Troy to" He said after scanning my face
"Troy, ugh the scum of Hawkins Elementary" I whispered then laughed quietly
"So how much trouble did you get into for that fight?" He asked
"Suspended for a week, starting tomorrow" I looked at him
"Damn, well thanks for helping me back there. I have no fighting skills" He smiled
I smiled back and opened my mouth to talk but I was interrupted
"Henderson, Wheeler, would you like to join the class?" The teacher crossed her arms
"Absolutely," I said looking at the bored she was writing on "Still on multiplication? Man that's so easy."
"Y/N." Mike's voice snapped me out of my head "Y/N were you paying attention or staring at Dustin?"
"What!?" I blurted out "Neither! I was thinking about Pi, the number." I lied
"Mhm, sure" Lucas said crossing his arms
"What happened?" I asked
"Well, our idiot of a sister and her new boyfriend went out to fight the demogorgon." Mike crossed his arms
"What the hell!? Why!?" I panicked
"No idea, I need to talk to you three. Over here" he said stepping away
"Guys. This is crazy. We can't just wait around." Mike looked at all of us
"Mike, in case you forgot, we're still fugitives. The bad men are still looking for us" Lucas reminded him
