Chapter Five: The Plan

NOVA'S P.O.V

  I went to visit the night after the show because I felt bad.
I felt bad for both Jesse and Willy.

  "Hey boy.." I said sitting on the main stage.
"It wasn't your fault..and it wasn't Jesse's either" I said petting his head.
He whined in response.
"I know you don't like big crowds..it was just too soon" I said giving him a kiss on his head.

  All of a sudden he started pushing the coke bottle toy Jesse made for him. He pushed it towards something or rather..someone.

  Jesse was standing there.

  Willy blew air out of his blowhole.
"Jesse,listen to Willy please" I said bringing him to sit beside me.
Instead of answering me,he asked Willy.
"What do you want?" He said with anger in his tone.
"Jesse." I said sternly.
Jesse kept ignoring me and he threw the coke bottles and spoke.
"Get out of here" He said.

  By this point I was glaring daggers into his head.
Willy slowly swam away.
"Jesse, please it wasn't your fault or his fault" I said taking his head and rocking it in my arms.
Yet again he ignored me and pushed me off of him.
"You know what Jesse? Screw you I'm going home! I'm trying to help you" I said.

  I got home and sat on the couch in frustration.
How could he?—
My thoughts were cut off when I heard Jesse screaming and knocking.
"RANDOLPH! RANDOLPH! NOVA! WAKE UP!" He shouted.
Dad and me went to the door quickly and opened it.

  "There's a hole in Willy's tank!" He said.
I looked at him wide eyed.

  "They tried to kill Willy!" Jesse said showing us the huge hole.
"Wade was one of them?!" Dad asked in rage.
"Yeah and they dropped this!" Jesse said holding a piece of the tank.
"It's one of the parts of the tank" I said comparing it to the other bolts.
"Dial's trying to collect the insurance. Willy's worth a million dollars" Dad said explaining to Jesse.
"A million dollars?!" Jesse questioned.

"Randolph..Nova, Let's free him!" Jesse said confidently.
"What?!" Me and my dad spoke in sync.
"Let's free Willy! We could take him to the bay and put him in the water!" Jesse said.
Me and dad looked at each other and smiled.
"I never liked this job anyway!" Dad said smiling.
