Y/n's Pov:
It's been a while since we fought against Chen and I felt that strange wind. Sensei Wu now has a Tea shop for his retirement and we all have a share in it as well.
It was night time so I decided to sneak out and go for a night fly on D/n while Luna and the others slept.
"I know I haven't slept much but hey that's okay I'm more of a night person anyway." I said
D/n grunted at me.
"I know I woke you up I'm sorry but let's stay out for a bit I know you like night flights." I said
D/n roared at me.
"See, now let's just have some fun." I said
D/n then started to go up as I gripped onto his saddle as we climbed higher into the sky.
"Let's see what you find fun." I said
D/n then stopped completely and we started falling back down.
"Hey." I said
D/n then spun and he then straightened us out as we glided across the night sky.
"Okay fine that was fun, now a little bit of training." I said
D/n then pulled up out of nowhere which caused me to fall back.
"Hey, careful I don't really wanna plummet from the sky right now buddy." I said
D/n roared before speeding up and that made me fall off.
"Hey! What is that for?" I asked
I was falling through the sky which I was not in the mood for but D/n caught me as we could see the city below us.
"We should head back before anyone notices we're gone." I said
D/n grunted before turning and heading back to the Steep Wisdom.
So D/n went out and slept under a tree and I went inside to my bed quietly without hopefully waking anyone up.
I woke up at least 2 hours later to see everyone else was up and Misako gave me the leftovers of breakfast.
"Why didn't anyone wake me up?" I asked
"Because we though you should get your rest." Misako said
"Well, thanks for the breakfast." I said
I took the breakfast and grabbed a salmon from the fridge and went outside and tossed it to D/n and he ate up real fast so I got him a few more. I then went inside and put on my ninja gi and went to join the others.
"Morning everyone." I said
"Morning Y/n." Everyone said
"Why were you not in your room Y/n?" Luna asked
"I was going to the...um, bathroom." I said
