Y/n's POV——

You pet your cow, Daisy on the head before walking inside your house and grabbing a cheese platter. Suddenly there was a knock at the door, you set down the platter and went to answer it, a man stood on the other side. "Pardon me, are you Aaron Burr, sir?"

"I'm a woman..."

"Oh." He turned around and walked away. Locals these days. You rolled your eyes as you exited your house, closing your door behind you. You walked into town before stopping a little bit away from Julieta's booth. She was your friend but you knew better than to bother her while she was working.

"Camilo get the fuck back here!" Pepa yelled as she ran after her son, who was inconveniently faster than her. He turned around, sticking his tongue out at her. "You brat!"

"What the hell did he do-?"

"He has twelve counts of assault with a stick." Mirabel appeared behind you. "Oh and now in total the towns had 17 jail times from monopoly and 4 of arson. Also the bakers house has tragically burned down." She shrugged and walked off.

"Hello, Y/n, something wrong?" Julieta had snuck up behind you. You have a small yell and whipped around, what was it with this family and sneaking up on you? "Darling, you alright?" Oh shit- gay panic. You nodded rapidly, not able to speak.

"Oh mama, I know what this is, it's gay panic, been there done that. Y/n is in love with you." Isabela said as she walked by, flipping her hair with a smile as she put a flower in your hair.

"I- You do?" She turned back to you, trying not to grin before she got confirmation. You face palmed but nodded, sighing. "I like you too, Y/n." She smiled at you, which was of course, contagious.

Alright sorry it's so short and no doubt horribly written I didn't sleep last night and haven't really eaten and I'm overall just out of it- but this was the last chapter of the book and it's been fun, but I never want to go through that again-
