Taming the Psycho/Sociopath Front Liner: Sunstreaker x modern oc

Part 4: Brothers reunited.

The next day, we made it to Washington D.C. Parking in front of the base, I told Sunstreaker to wait in the main hanger so I could call his twin, he agreed by parking his ALT-MODE near the rest as he waited with arms crossed his chest while I went to look for Sideswipe. After walking around, I spotted the rec-room upstairs when sure enough I had finally found him playing Mario Kart and I coughed loudly so I could catch his attention: "Amelia?!" Sideswipe exclaimed before he tackled me and picked me up from the floor into a bear hug, which I returned before he started giving a glare: "What were you think? I thought you were killed, hurt or even fragging worse, captured by the cons!?!" He continues blabbering on about my safety and the reasons for protecting me when I just roll my eyes at him before calming Sideswipe down before I explained that I had a surprise for him, this made his blue optics stare at me with a curious look when he shrugged by following me. 

Suddenly, he started begging me to know where I was taking him: "Please~~ tell me!" Sideswipe whined.

"Nop." 

"Amelia-" 

"No." 

"Just-" 

"No means no." 

"But why?~" 

"Because I said so that's why." 

I told him a bit annoyed by him pestering me about what I got in store for Sideswipe for non-stop 4 minutes, who started to follow me downstairs like a begging puppy getting excited to go to the park which I'll admit he is cute but that doesn't change the fact that Bumblebee was the cutest little Autobot in the world before I halted in front of him, giving a serious look on my face: "Until then, Sideswipe. I continue, "You will need to refrain from getting too excited and you might want to grab a tissue paper." "Why? Please tell me it isn't-" The moment I turned to the main hanger, Sideswipe stopped in his tracks before he stared at me back at the Golden Lamborghini Aventador three times as he was about to ask but, I beat him to it before he can say anything, and I patted his back, "No need to thank me, Sides. I continue: "I asked Mearing to give me permission to 'go' to a personal urgency and told her I was needed right away." 

"She let you off the hook with your lie?" I yelped at the jumpscare which was led by Skids's voice as his other twin Mudflaps, sounding shocked by my lie, and nodded: "Yup." "And she let didn't know you went to find Sunstreaker?" "Nop." "Sweet! I bet you can do those often!" "But we thought you didn't lie." Before I can reply, I heard a shout of excitement coming from Sideswipe: "SUNNY!!!!!" This caused everyone around the base to check on Sideswipe, who kept crying in happy tears while Sunstreaker returned the tight hug before they both gave an approval nod with uneasy looks at him that I notice that one of the Autobots wasn't happy about it for stupid  "Everyone, this is Sunstreaker, our front-liner one of the best ones back on Cybertron." Optimus told them, getting the motion to nod to Sunstreaker as I met Prime, Sideswipe, and the crowd outside the base. Sunstreaker spotted me at the same time as I saw him and then we both gave a similar nod of respect but at the same time, he glares at me before he left with his twin.

After the terror twins left for Sideswipe's room, it was my turn to be scolded by Optimus Prime and Major Lennox, let's just say it ended up with me cleaning the dishes for nightfall. Kept on pondering inside my thoughts of my own narration: 'Was it worth lying to Mearing? Yes. Will the Autobots know of my mysterious past? No, they will not. And I'll like to keep it that way. Who will find out about my lies? That's my decision.' I thought, So right now, I'm heading back to the bus station, entering it, going for a small walk at the park before walking to my apartment to recharge for the next day of training.
