007|You're an odd thing

It was now 1935 I was in the woods hunting in my wolf form

Despite how this may sound I only hunt animals

I drink animal blood and though it's not as strong as human blood it does work

I was walking through the forest when the smell of human blood hit me

I stopped in my tracks and made my way towards the scent

I hid behind the bushes and trees provided by the forest as I saw a male and a beat

The bear was over the male mauling him while the male was no longer conscious but his heart was still noticeable

I was going to kill the bear but I stopped in my tracks as a blurry figure tackled the bear making them both tumble away from the male

I turned seeing a short girl with blonde hair crouched in front of the male with her back facing me

I growled lowly thinking of the worst for the human male

Another blonde came to her side looking at the male longingly

She was taller than the other blonde but she looked at the male worriedly

"Rose we have to get him to Carlisle I can't do anymore for him" the shorter blonde female said beginning to panic

"Can't we change him now?" the smaller blonde shook her head "I've never changed anyone before and I'm not sure if it'll work because I'm not a full vampire and you have never had human blood so it's possible you won't be able to stop our only option is carlisle" I tilted my head slightly while listening though I was confused

I stepped forward a bit and accidentally stepped on a twig

They snapped their heads in my direction and stared at me

I could see the confusion of both of their faces but the smaller blonde held a confused look

The taller one automatically jumped to protect the blonde and the male by placing herself in the middle of us

I growled lowly but hadn't moved but I did crouch lower to the ground

The smell of strawberry and chocolate made its way to my nose but I ignored it and kept my position staring the two down

"Rose you need to take him and go" the taller blonde who I'm guessing is name Rose shook her head as causing the smaller to huff

"He's clearly not a regular wolf I can't leave you here with him" the smaller blonde sighed 

"Rose your mate needs you don't worry I can take care of myself buddy and get him to Carlisle he doesn't have long" though reluctant she grabbed the male and sped off leaving her with me

She put myself into a fighting position that was until we looked into each other's eyes

We both froze for a while before a grin swept across my face and my tongue stuck out and I plopped myself on the ground

Although her face was still emotionless I could see the slight curiosity

She eyed me carefully but I made no indication of moving anytime soon

I could already tell it was my imprint but I could see the confusion in her eyes

She narrowed her eyes at me who sat there looking at her longingly

We just stood there no noise was made and no subs was heard for at least a minute

Suddenly she began to walk to me as she saw me bow my head slightly in a welcoming manner

She reached her hand out towards me before running her hands through my fur

Compared to my wolf form she was very small

"You're an odd thing aren't you" I gave her an offended look

I am not a thing I growled lowly at her as she rolled her eyes

"I don't understand how you're my mate" she mumbled not intending for me to hear her

So she knows about us being mates as well. What is she though.

All the nomads I've seen have blood red eyes the girl she was with and gold eyes as she has a mix of both

As she talked all I could do was stare at her wanting to speak to her in my normal form so I shook my head to remove her hand which was still in my fur

I nodded my head towards a tree and stomped my foot in a stay motion which she didn't understand

"I'm sorry doggy I don't understand can you unblock your mind so I can read it" my eyes slightly widened before glaring at her

I'm not a dog and what does she mean unblock my mind?

I stomped a few more times before walking off behind a tree and changing back and putting on my close that were tied around my leg

Walking back out I looked at her as she froze in a slight daze

Now that I finally got a look at her she was quite literally the most beautiful girl had ever seen

I've seen singers, actresses, models, and many more but none of them compare to her

Maybe it was because of her long hair or gold and red eyes

Maybe it was her small stature or her stoic face

It could also be the way despite her cold features her eyes lit up slightly when she looked at me

It could be because she's my imprint, my mate, the one designed for me

Cold, mysterious, and rude to everyone around...well...almost everyone
