That night, all Hana could do was lay in her bed. She stared at the ceiling of her falling bed drapes that closed off her to the world. All of it was too much to take in  but at the same time she felt relieved, relieved she got some kind of closure of the horrors of that night, yet her heart still ached, for the biggest mystery was yet unsolved as Jimin was still dead.

When she asked Namjoon, why Jimin had to be collateral, he brushed it off yet again. The frustration was eating at her again and she couldn't do anything about it, and it was one thing she would never forgive him for.

She gasped in shock when the curtain was suddenly drawn, "My apologies Hana, I knocked but I guess you didn't hear me." Jungkook  bowed apologetically.

She let out a sigh before sitting up. "So it makes it alright for you to just barge into my chambers without permission?" She asked, quirking her eyebrows up.

"W-well, no. But I just wanted to make sure you were doing alright." He looked away rather ashamed. She could see the blush upon hair reddened ears and cheeks, with any other guard or knight she'd be furious, except it seems she did have a soft spot for him. She couldn't help but smile.

"I'm only teasing you Sir Jeon. Though, I won't let you off the hook next time."  She smirked cheekily at him before getting out of bed. "Now why we're you looking for me? Isn't it passed the barracks bedtime?" She went by her vanity to brush out her hair, "I'm sure you've heard I don't need surveillance anymore." She sighed.

"I know but-" Jungkook scratched the back of his head stopping himself from saying more, he looked away rather embarrassed.

She stood up to face him, crossing her arms, "come on, spit it out."

"Well you see—" he bit his lip looking everywhere but her eyes, "I guess I hadn't seen you all day."

His confession took her by surprise but it softened her heart. She couldn't help but stifle a small chuckle.

"What's so funny?" He took offence.

"Nothing, it's just I found it rather endearing." She smiled up at him appreciatively, "I too am quite relieved I got to see you."

Jungkook could feel his heart flutter. The Princess had such a kind and healing smile, he wasn't sure he had ever seen her smile much since meeting her so it was a treat to see. He cleared his throat to interrupt the extended silence.

"So I've heard you spent the day with Jin." He spoke leaning against her bed post.

"I have." She said, her eyes trained upon herself in the mirror. "It seems there has been much I've not known, yet those around me seem to know my life better than I. Seems unfair doesn't it?" She peered at him from the mirror, she smiled, "oh don't look so guilty Jungkook. I know it was your duty not to pray tell. However, there are still mysteries I need to uncover." She placed her brush down gently.

"I know my brother and Jin are gently letting me in onto things but I know we are rather pressed on time." She got up from her seat to walk towards the knight. His breath caught in his throat, he was mesmerized by those eyes, which few could do.

"There is something I request from you, something that you have every right to decline for the entire Kingdom would probably fall upon their knees to beg for forgiveness for me not to do so but.." she looked down before meeting his eyes again.  Jungkook could feel his heart race in fear for what she might say next.

"You will need to trust me." She reached up and touched his cheek, "as soon to be queen of Artemis I must do this. For the sake of our reign of the eastern kingdoms, take me to them—"

"Take me to the western kingdoms men."

"Back again I see."

"And I will keep coming back til you tell me answers Sir Park." Yoongi narrowed his eyes at the man who stood by the window peering at the moonlight.

"Then tell me one thing, Sir Min." Jimin glared at the man stood by the door. "What will become of me if I were to answer?"

"That is something for the Kingdom to decide and not I." Yoongi said.

"And how will I know you won't go running to that traitorous King you serve." Jimin leered at the man. Yoongi stepped forth closing the distance between them til they faced eachother in the moonlight.

"Then don't give me a good reason as to why I should." Yoongi bit back with his words making Jimin to crack a smile at the absurdity.

"You know, the King will become suspicious of the current commander for constantly visiting the prisoners chambers. Now what would he think of you?" Jimin smirked at the man.

"I knew you were a great commander but I would have never thought you to be so daft. The King had assigned me to guard your chambers so to not have a prisoner on the loose." Yoongi lifted his eyebrows up, looking so proud of his words.

"Oh really now?" Jimin chuckled as he now walked passed Yoongi and around the room, "did the King also order that I not be poisoned anymore, and to remove the shackles that held my limbs so that I may move freely now in my own chambers." He looked back at him over the shoulder with a smirk, "or was this all done behind the Kings back by Sir Jin's request. Or yours?"

Yoongi's eyes went wide.

Overcome with a snap of his temper Yoongi was about to draw his sword but was suddenly halted by a strong hand that gripped his arm tightly halting his actions in a flash.

"Do not play me as a fool Sir Min. I know you want answers but so do I, so might I suggest, if you wanted to have an upper hand on this—" he released Yoongi, making the commander glare at him. "Then you should have left me shackled or poisoned. But!" Jimin genuinely smiled at him, "I too believe you aren't a fool Sir Min." He turned his back upon the commander before revealing a letter between his two fingers.

Yoongi quickly searched himself realizing the letter had been nicked from him without realising.

"you have your moments." Jimin quipped before reading the contents of the letter. His expression turned grave. "I see. So this is what becomes of me." He sighed deeply, tossing the paper back to Yoongi.

"Do not make a fool of me Park, my King isn't privy to baseless accusations, so tell me before this is what becomes of you!" Yoongi yelled as he gripped the letter tightly.

"Why."

"What do you mean why-"

"Why are you helping me!" Jimin slammed his fist against the wall behind him as his body shook in rage. "As you said, your King isn't privy to such baseless accusations, do you not trust your own king." He spat at Yoongi. "So why would you help me."

Yoongi confronted the man by looking him dead in the eye, "Do not question my loyalty." He gritted.

"Then pray tell why do you need answers when your king has given his orders." Jimin jeered back. Yoongi had enough and grabbed him by the collar, slamming him back onto the wall.

"Because I don't follow blindly. I'd rather know where true intentions come from and from what I gather, not long before I was in this position, you were the same." He released him roughly and walked back towards the door. "Plus—" Yoongi spoke without turning back. He lifted a key.

"You could have easily taken this away from me, yet you chose to listen to my claims and have no intention of leaving even after reading that letter." He smirked back at Jimin whom looked away from his mockery. With a lazy wave, Yoongi made his way out.

"The princess is well."

And with that he closed and locked the door, leaving Jimin to crumble from his spot onto the floor.

He knew, that once the truth came out, he would never be able to face her ever again.
