Song of the day: So far gone by thousandfootkrutch

Percy's pov: (continuation from last chapter)

Jason walked in the front since he had spotted the shop for wands. 'Ollivander's' was the shops name I think. He pushed open the door that led to an ancient dwelling. The ring of a bell alerted the owner of our arrival.

A scrawny old man scurried around a bunch of shelves at he made his way towards us.

He stopped mid way and gazed in amazement at me and then at Annabeth and the group.

" Holy Hera! The great seven, the boy of Hades and daughter of Zeus," He exclaimed.

Surprised by the words of the old man, all of us asked the same question at the same time," Who are you?"

We all look simply annoyed that this was happening again. The old man shook his head and said," I am so sorry. My name is Ollivander Starling and way I say, I have heard many great stories about you."

"Well nice to meet you," I said while the others either nodded or mumbled their greeting.

"We're looking for wands," Piper said, clearly annoyed by the silence that lingered in the air.

Piper's voice broke the silence and Olivander's trance. He hopped in place but then hurried in to the back saying," one moment!"

"What was that about? I mean I love being treated like loyalty but that was just plain weird" Leo said as soon as the old man was out of ear shot.

I shrugged while the other's either followed my example or answered with a simple no clue gesture.

The old man came back to the desk after about half an hour and handed us different colored boxes. Mine was sea green with the name Percy written on it.

I looked around and found that all of the boxes were represented by the color of significance of the god or goddess to which they have a family link.

I opened the box, being followed by all, and my eyes opened to a..... Stick? Yes, a highly embroidered stick.

The wood was carved at the bottom with a simple pattern of waves and fish.

"These wands were made for you even before you were born. They have been blessed by Hecate, my mother so that you are able to perform magic with them. The powers of these wands depend on your actual power," Ollivander explained.

I stared at my wand for a bit until Annabeth tugged at my sleeve and said, "To buy robes we go!"

I grinned as she led me out of the shop with the rest of the group in the lead.

Jason indulged in a conversation about random things with Hazel, Piper and Frank. Thalia, Leo and Nico started babbling about whom's dad was better. Annabeth and I were left to ourselves, just the way we liked it. Annabeth rested her head on my shoulder and whispered," I love you, Percy."

"I love you too, Wise girl. We are together forever?" I asked.

Annabeth uttered a low laugh of pure love and said," Together forever, seaweed brain."

I separated from her just long enough to get rid of the wand box and stuff the wand inside my back pocket.

We walked together in comfortable silence until I heard Frank say," Hey guys, over there. 'Madame Malkins robes shop for all occasions.' "

We practically jogged up to the shop. Thalia burst through the door to find that blonde boy from the book shop. He glared at Thalia and me. I ignored him but Thalia didn't do likewise.

She walked up to his and hit him smack in the jaw. He let out a shriek and fell to the floor. Suddenly two mean looking and fat kids rounded the corner and surrounded Thalia.

I decided to let her be since I had seen what she could do and when she is angry, it is not a nice scene.

I dragged Annabeth away from the scene from where we headed off to the back to pick out our robes, winter cloaks and pointed hats.

Thalia's pov:

When I walked into the store, I found that blonde kid glaring at me with a smirk on his face.

His mouth was about to form words, insults no doubt but before he uttered a single word, I knocked him to the ground with a punch square to his jaw which left a red mark.

Just then two goons surrounded me. They really were annoying me. I laughed, which sort of surprised them.

I swung my leg at one of them whom I clearly caught off guard and sent his flying into a stock of winter cloaks. The second one charged at me with a punch aimed for my jaw but I ducked and slammed my fist into his gut.

He let out a groan and fell to the floor. My eyes wandered over to Malfoy who looked at me in plain fear. He was scared of me. Guess how he would react when he saw Percy and Jason in action.

Those two were scary when in action, especially Percy. I regained my posture and hissed at him," Run, brat!"

He nodded and scampered out of the shop, closely followed by his other friends who were holding their prescribed area of pain.

I smirked and slapped away the dust from my hands. I looked around for a while until I found Annabeth and the rest. They were paying for their cloaks.

"Hey, did anyone get me some robes and cloaks?" I asked. Annabeth was the one who replied with a simple nod, gesturing to the pile of clothes in front of her and the hat in her hand," try them on, Thals. Here's a hat for you."

I nodded and slipped on my robe after grabbing the hat from her extended hands. All of them perfectly fit me. Annabeth grabbed my wardrobe along with the rests after which Percy snatched them away from her and carried them to the counter.

Annabeth paid and gave Percy a tiny peck on his lips which made him go up in butterflies.

I laughed a little at this sight. They were a cute couple, the two of them.

We walked out of the shop after thanking the lady.
