"Meeting adjourned." The CEO declared and exited the meeting room immediately, followed by the shareholders that were included to the meeting.

"What time was the next meeting?" Kongpob asked his secretary. "It was scheduled 3:45 pm, sir." Arm answered the boss.

Kongpob then, looked at his watch to see if he had any time left before the next meeting. The watch was striking at 12:38 pm, "Alright."

Kongpob then, turned his attention to his secretary and said, "I'll have lunch first. You go and arrange the upcoming meeting." He ordered.

Kongpob went to a nearby restaurant, a few blocks away from his company to have lunch. The workers there greeted him as he entered the restaurant.

Kongpob sat down at the table, located near the window. Then a waiter came to him and handed him the menu. "I'll take the minced pork with omelette rice and one pink milk." Kongpob handed back the menu to the waiter and patiently wait for his order to come.

While waiting for his order, Kongpob saw Arthit, entering the restaurant. His gaze had followed the man, looking for a vacant seat to sat on.

"Hi, is there any vacant seat here?" Arthit asked one of the waiters at the restaurant, "I am sorry, sir. We are packed up today." The waiter responded. Arthit looked around, once again and sighed in disbelief. He always had been wanting to eat here, yet by the time he arrived, he was already late.

"Arthit!" Kongpob called out, gaining an attention of the man. Arthit seemed so busy looking around at the restaurant that he didn't even noticed that Kongpob was right here, infront of him.

"Why don't you join me?" Kongpob offered. "No, thank you. I'll just..."

"I insist." Kongpob said, firmly as possible. Knowing how Kongpob was very persistent, Arthit was left with no choice but to agreed with the offer. "Thank you."

Noticing that there is another man, sitting at the opposite direction of the other man, the waiter immediately brought out the menu and handed it to Arthit.

After a few moment of looking, Arthit ordered; "One sweet and sour fish and one iced coffee."

"I never knew that you like iced coffee." Kongpob commented. "Well, i got used to it."

Kongpob looked at him for a second and then said, "But when I made you taste it, you said it had too much caffeine and you didn't liked it."

Arthit was silent for a minute, and responded with; "It wasn't so bad, afterall."

Lie. It was a lie what Arthit told him. He did got used to it because of him. During the first year of their break up, Arthit started drinking iced coffee everytime that he misses him, until it became habit and then eventually he switched from pink milk to iced coffee.

After that short conversation, a silence had enveloped the two. However, it didn't last long, as the waiter came out with a tray in its hand.

"Here is one minced pork with omelette rice and a pink milk sir; and here is your sweet and sour fish and iced coffee. Enjoy your meal!" The waiter left, shortly after he had given the two their orders.

"I thought you don't like sweets." Arthit was now the one who commented. "I also got used to it." Like Arthit, Kongpob also got use to drink pink milk whenever he misses him.

Silence once again enveloped the two. They were eating soundlessly as Arthit and Kongpob felt a little awkwardness in between.

In the middle of their lunch, Arthit finally took the initiative to broke the silence that surrounding them.

"By the way, the coat was at the laundry. I'll return it as soon as I finished washing it." He said. "Mn."

Kongpob became silent for a minute. "Your son..." Arthit immediately lifted up his head, subconsciously. "He's cute." Kongpob completed.

Arthit felt a sigh of relief. Thank god it was not something he had thought of. "T-thank you."

"Your wife is lucky to have you as her husband and your kid was lucky to have you as his father." Kongpob said, feeling a pang in his chest. Kongpob hated it everytime he mentioned it.

Arthit was hesitating of what would he answer him. Would he thank him or correct him? Battling himself on what to answer, Arthit could only stayed silent and choose not to respond.

It took about 2-3 minutes before another conversation had started, "How about you?" Arthit asked, "Did you found someone?"

"No. I haven't." He answered, calmly. "I was waiting for you."

Although he wanted to continue his answer, he knows that there was no use of it. Afterall, even if he would wait a million years for Arthit; there is still no chance for them to get back together.

"It's been a long time since had our last lunch together, right?" Kongpob questioned as he ate a spoon full of rice and minced pork. "Mn."

The last time they had lunch together was 3 days before they broke up. They had lunch at a nearby restaurant and feed each other, like a normal couple would do. They didn't care of how people looked at them.

Now, looking back from what they used to be, as a couple; Arthit couldn't help but to question Kongpob, "What really happened?"

Kongpob looked at him, with questioning look and asked, "What?"

"You said, things were not easy as before. What do you mean by that?" After 7 years, Arthit once again asked the same question. "I...." Kongpob was at a lost. He don't know what to respond to the elder and just like him, he stayed silent.

"Did i change? Did something change between us?" Arthit asked again. "Why are you asking that?" Kongpob finally asked back. "I was just wondering, what really happened to us? We were happy and everything was good so, i don't really know what do you mean by everything was not easy as before."

Kongpob stiffened and responded, "No." He passed for a second and then continued, "No one changed. Nothing changed."

Arthit was puzzled, "Then, what do you mean by that then?"

Kongpob was silent for a brief moment before he answered. "Things back then we're tough for me. And i don't wanna drag you into the mess." Kongpob partially told him the truth, not the whole truth of why did it really happened.

"You could've atleast told me. We were together, isn't? You could atleast told me the reason why you suddenly asked for a break up." Arthit said, feeling his tears are about to fall out. "I am sorry."

Those three words was the only thing that could come out from his mouth.

"Did you know how hurt i was, you just walked away without any explanation." Arthit sighed and Kongpob felt another pang in his heart. "I've hurt you too much, didn't i?"
