"What took you so long?" Knot asked, greeting Arthit by the door. "Caught up with something." Arthit replied nonchalantly with a white lie. "Where's my son?" He asked. "Upstairs. He is already asleep."

Arthit looked at the clock hanging on the wall that strikes 10:07 P.M. It sure is late already.

"Have you eaten yet?" Knot asked, "No thank you, Knot. I am not hungry." Arthit replied coming in.

"You sure? Tew cooked curry for dinner today." He said, trying to convince Arthit. "I am sure." Arthit assured Knot by giving him a small smile.

"Besides, i won't be here for long. I just came to fetch Amaris. Thank you, man for babysitting him." Arthit thanked Knot who was leading him to the room where Amaris was sleeping. "No problem." Knot shortly replied.

When they reached the room, Arthit went towards the bed wherein Amaris was sleeping soundly like a baby. "Amaris.." Arthit softly called out his son, "Amaris, let's go?" Arthit rubbed his hand on his son's back, gently to wake him up.

It wasn't that hard for him to wake Amaris up since the kid was quite a light sleeper. "Papa..." Amaris said in a small tone.

Squinting his eyes a little, Amaris got up and wrapped his arms around Arthit's neck and buried his face on the crook of Arthit's neck and shoulders and eventually sending himself back to his dreamland. "Looks like he is exhausted from playing earlier," Tew said, entering the room.

Tew handed Arthit Amaris' bag saying, "Here is his things Phi." Arthit smiled as he stood up from the bed while Amaris was still clinging on him. "Thank you, N'Tew."

"It was no problem, Phi." Tew replied, smiling at the older male.

It didn't took long when the couple sent the father and son duo out. Amaris was sleeping soundly at the back seat as Arthit just wrapped the belt around his son so that he could prevent him from falling.

After roughly 20 minute drive, Arthit finally reached their apartment building and parked his car on the parking lot of the building. He opened the back door and slowly unbuckling his son from the seat. He then carried his son again in that same position and grabbed his things from the passenger seat. Arthit was very careful, not wanting his son to wake up.

They arrived Infront of their apartment and Arthit put in the key in for them to enter. Arthit turned on the lights and slowly walked towards his son's room.

As they reached the room, Arthit turned on the lights of the room and carefully laid his son on his bed, covering him with a blanket. He kissed his son's forehead and whispered a soft "Goodnight" in his ear after he made sure that Amaris was already comfortable before he left his son's room.

_____

That night, Arthit wasn't able fall asleep at all and just kept tossing himself back and forth on the bed. His mind was surrounded by the events earlier and no matter how hard he tries to forget about it, it just keep coming back over and over again.

And the more he think of it, the more it reminds him of when they were still together. It reminds him of those passionate, sweet, and romantic kisses they've used to share for over 5 years of being together, 6 and a half years ago.

But then, that kiss wasn't anything like how they used to share it 6 and half years ago because that kiss really meant nothing between him and Kongpob, right? It was nothing but just an impulsive kiss that was far from sweet and romantic. Arthit just realized, it wasn't the same thing anymore. It wasn't the same as how it used to be.

On the other side, there was Kongpob who also couldn't fall asleep. He too, was thinking about that particular event earlier. Kongpob do really admit it that he had missed them being like that. He had missed that sweet and alluring taste of Arthit's lips, those hugs that always gives him comfort and warmth.

However, what he did earlier was wrong. He impulsively did it without thinking twice about it and let his ego get the best of him. He should have not done that to him;
Arthit would definitely hate him even more after what he had done. "Damn you, Kongpob." He cursed himself.

"Aunty." Fang greeted Priya with a kiss on a cheek. "Fang, how are you dear?" She asked.

"I am good Aunty. How about you?" Fang asked back, sitting back on her seat. "Have you talked to Kongpob yet?" Priya asked again, wanting to know if the two had a progress.

"I have visited him at his work. He was quite shocked." Fang replied to the older woman, "That's good." Priya paused for a while and continued, "You should do that more often. Who knows, you two might become close to each other."

Fang smiled and said, "I think so too, Aunty." The older woman then smiled at her.

While the two was looking at the menu, Priya noticed Fang, pursing her lips as if she wanted to say something. "Fang, what's the matter my dear?" She asked.

Fang looked at the woman Infront of her, "Can i...ask you something, Aunty?"

Priya looked at her, confused and said, "Go ahead dear." Fang again pursed her lips and then asked, "Do you somehow knew someone named Arthit?" Priya's eyes widened, "Why'd you asked?" Priya was becoming uneasy with the question.

"I met someone named Arthit and i think you might've mentioned that name before." Fang explained. "You met Kongpob's ex?" She shockingly asked Fang who was shocked as well.

"I am sorry, what? Arthit is Kongpob's ex?" Fang asked, wanting to confirm if what she heard was right. 'Kongpob's ex was named Arthit. Is he also the same Arthit in met in his office?' Fang asked herself.

Priya sighed and nodded her head, "Yeah, Kongpob used to be in a relationship with a guy and bought shame into our family. Good thing we managed to pull him out of that foolishness of his."

Fang nodded her head as she understands now of why Arthit's name sounded familiar. "I see.."
