"Khun Yai, Khun Phu!" Amaris shouted and ran to his grandparents. His Khun Yai opened her arms wide as she welcomed him for a hug, while his Khun Phu smiled and patted his head.

Arthur who was getting their things out of the car, followed and greeted his parents. "I felt relieved that you and Amaris had finally visited us." His mother said as she pinched Amaris' cheeks.

"Let's go inside." Arthit's father said, helping his son with the bags.

"Your just on time. I just finished cooking dinner." His mother said. "Arthit, help me set up the table, can you?" His mother asked him.

"Sure." He answered and followed his mother to the kitchen. While his father and Amaris was left at the living room and having a grandfather-grandson moment.

Kongpob was preparing his suitcase, a night before his flight. He had brought a few suits, and casual wearings.

And since it was just a few days business trip, he didn't brought too much and he finished earlier than he expected.

He head down to the first floor of the mansion to have a dinner. As usual, it was only himself in the diner table while Aunty Ning was in his side, attending him.

"What time are you leaving the house?" Aunty Ning asked, pouring a glass of water for Kongpob. "Maybe, around 5 or 6 in the morning." He replied, coldly.

The old lady nodded her head and put the pitcher down. She excused herself and headed to the kitchen, leaving her boss alone to have some peace in mind and attended the duties that she had left.

_____

The whole family gathers around the table and had a wonderful dinner. They were talking about things happened to Arthit and Amaris in the city.

"You told me that you were temporary working into the another company for five months, right? How was it?" His mother asked excitedly. Arthit was not actually very open about the company he was temporary working at, neither how was he doing in there.

He don't want to say anything that was out of the line, such as; the CEO being his ex-boyfriend and the father of his child. Afterall, it was not really a good thing to talk about, anyway.

"The company was good and the workers were friendly." He answered his mother. "Then, what about the CEO in that company? Was he giving you a hard time?" His mother asked again, "You said he was the one monitoring your team, right?"

Arthit was silent for a moment before he responded, "Hm. He was. He was not really giving me a hard time at work." He answered again.

"That's really great to hear." His mother said. Arthit let out a fake smile and continued eating his dinner.

Arthit really don't know what to feel about the conversation brought up by his mother. And, if he'll be honest; he actually wanted to avoid this kind of topic Infront of his parents. He was not yet ready to talk about him, whether being his ex-boyfriend or the CEO of the current company he was temporary working at.

Arthit's mother stood up and started cleaning the dishes in the table. "Mae, let me help you." Arthit told his mother. His mother smiled and said, "Even better." His mother then made her way into the kitchen and put the dishes from her hand to the sink.

Of course, Arthit had followed his mother and volunteered to wash the dishes that made the old woman smile and left him, all by himself to wash the dishes.

After the dishes were finally done, Arthit head to the living room and saw his parents playing with his son. "Amaris, let's go. It's time for bed." He said to his son. "But i still wanna play with Khun Yai and Khun Phu!" He whined.

Arthit walked to him, "There is a lot of time tomorrow. You have all day to play with them. But now, sleep first." His papa asked him, trying to convince him to go to sleep. "Come on."

Amaris looked at his grandparents, pouting his lips. He thought his grandparents would always help him out; but they ended up telling Amaris to follow his papa.

Poor Amaris. He didn't had a choice but to stand up and follow his papa to his bedroom.

Arthit helped his son to change his clothes into a sleepwear and put him to bed. As usual, he read him a story and after that Amaris fallen asleep.

After he made sure his son was in deep slumber, it was his turn to change and put himself to bed. His room was next to his son and this room of his was his room eversince he could remember.

While, Amaris' room used to be a guess room that they turned into a baby room when he was born and when he got older, it became his personal room whenever he came back to his grandparents' house.

Kongpob had reached the Suvarnabhumi Airport just in time and was now waiting for his flight to be called.

He was patiently waiting here for an hour and finally, the flight was called.

"Flight number 6743 bound to Chang Mai is now on boarding. If there are passengers flying with young children and elders may now board first at gate number 7."

A minute later, it was time for Kongpob to board. He lined up with the other passengers at the back and fortunately, he didn't waited long as the line was very fast and the next thing he knew, he was already on the plane.

Arm had booked him a business class ticket and Kongpob got to enjoy his "me" time during the flight without any disturbance, aside from the flight attendants who offered drinks and meals.

The flight was really fast and the plane landed at the Chang Mai International Airport and all the passengers were already preparing themselves to come down from the airplane.

Finally, after a few minutes of waiting, Kongpob and the passengers were finally got off the plane. And just like what Arm had said to him, there was a accomodation waiting for him at the bay.

"Goodmorning, Mr. Suthilack." The driver greeted him as he grabbed his luggage and put them into the trunk of the car. After that, he opened the door for the CEO and got in the car.

The car ride shortly started and Kongpob opened the window. He could see the buildings and a lot of structures on the way.

This was his first time again in more or less 20 years that he visited Chang Mai. He remembered it correctly, he used to go here in Chang Mai with his family to spend a holiday. He was around 13 at the time.

He remembered that they went to a local place where a festival called "Loy Krathong" to celebrate it. They used to lit a flying lantern and let them flew through the sky.

That's when Kongpob suddenly though of something. "Loy Krathong festival is coming, right?" He asked the driver Infront. "Yes, sir. Are you somehow planning on going?" The driver asked back.

"Mn. I am." Kongpob said and looked to the window again.
