After reaching home, Arthit looked at Amaris. "Amaris, did you know what you had done today was a trouble?" He asked his son. "Next time if you were crossing the road, don't cross by yourself." He said, sitting next to him. "I am sorry papa. I made you worried."

"Thank god, someone saved you in time--" Before Arthit could continue what he was saying, Amaris cut him off, "You mean, Uncle Kong?"

Arthit sighed, and said softly to his son. "Mn. Uncle Kong saved you." Arthit caress Amaris' hair, softly. "Papa, i have a question." Amaris said, turning his head to him."Hm, what is it?"

"Uncle Kong seems nice. Why did the both of you were not friends anymore?" He asked. Arthit took a deep breath before answering his question. "Remember when I told you that there were things that you can't understand?" He asked his son, "Mmm-hmm."

"When you grow up, you'll know that; there were people that would go and leave in your life. And, there were various reasons with it. It's just that some reasons were different from the others." He paused for a second, "Me and Kong used to be friends back then but, because of certain reasons, we are not friends anymore."

"But what was the reason papa? You told me there were various reasons for a person that go and leave in your life." He asked, "Well, there are reasons that people can or can't tell you." He sighed and said, "And if you grew up, you will know everything you needed."

He patted his head and stood up, "Now, go and change!" He said and lead his son to his bedroom. He pulled out a blue longsleeve with stars printed on it and a matching jogging pants. He helped his son to change and after that he let him play while he was cooking their dinner.

After dinner, Arthit cleaned up the dishes and washed them. After that, he went to Amaris’ room to help him with his assignment, which is math, before he put him in bed. After that, he lead Amaris to the bathroom to wash up and brush his teeth and put to bed. As usual, Arthit read him a story before the bed time.

"And, the family lived in peace and harmony. The end." He said, reading the last paragraph and closed the book. "Alright story is finished, little one."

"Papa, i have a question." Amaris said making Arthit's brow arched a little. "What is it?" He asked, leaning his body near to his son. "All my friends have a mom, a dad and a complete family. Then, why ours was different papa? Where was my mom?" He asked.

Arthit sighed and gently caressed his son's face. He sighed and then said, "Well, there were things that was hard to explain. Sometimes things were different from others. Every family had its own uniqueness and our family is also unique from others."

"Unique?" He repeated, "Yes, unique." Arthit then, kisses Amaris' forehead, lovingly. "Sleep now, it was already pass your bedtime." Arthit said and arranged the blanket.

A few minutes passed and Amaris already drifted off to his dreamland. Arthit put back the book to its place and kissed Amaris gently at his forehead and said, "Goodnight, my little one."

Arthit got up and turned off the lights before he head to his room.

"Arm, get me a cup of coffee." Kongpob said, massaging his temple. It was still morning yet, he was already stressing out. There were left and right meetings that he needs to attend, emails that he needed to check, and a thick pile of documents that he needed to review and sign. He just left for a day yet, his task for today seems like he left for a week.

"Right away, sir." Arm responded, hurrying himself to go to the pantry to make the boss some coffee. After a few minutes or so, Arm came back to the CEO's office with a cup of coffee in his hand while his other hand was used to hold the small plate underneath the cup.

"Your coffee, sir." Arm said, placing the cup of coffee to the boss' desk. "Mn. You may leave now." The boss said, still massaging his temple.

Arm excused himself, leaving the stressed out boss at the office by himself. Kongpob sighed as he grabbed the cup and took a sip of the coffee.

After he put down the cup back to the plate, Kongpob got back to work, reviewing all the file that were stacked and reviewing emails that were sent by his employees.

Some of his employees even went in to his office to get their files in hand, signed by the CEO. It was quite a lot files, as some of the files that he had signed was supposedly signed yesterday.

It was a lot of work, to be honest and he don't know how long did he take to finish his work. It was already pass midnight when he finished all the work. All the employees had gone home and it was only him in here.

As he got out of the building, he saw his chauffeur waiting for him, standing next to a Rolls-Royce car. The chauffeur opened the door for him and he got inside.

After the chauffeur sat to the driver seat, the car immediately drove away. It was a lot easier and faster to go home as now, there were only a few cars on the road.

After a few minutes or so, the car had arrived into a lavished mansion, located near the hillside. The mansion was nicely designed, with a fountain in the middle of the gate and the mansion, itself.

"Boss, we arrived." The chauffeur said and Kongpob just responded with a humm.

Kongpob got out of the car after the chauffeur opened the door for him. Kongpob looked around at the mansion that was Infront of him.

That's when he just realized it, no matter how big and lavish his mansion was, no matter how many maids and butlers would be here staying at this house, Kongpob still felt that something was missing here. Maybe, the mansion wouldn't be complete without his home, his world, his everything.
