So I'm not exactly good at this whole 'explaining what's been going on' thing so I'll try (and probably fail) to keep this short.
1. Life's been kinda... sucking lately, so that's a factor.
2. I got MAJOR burnout from both franchises and really wanted a break. I'm back to one piece now and slowly going back to monster hunter (rise and Sunbreak are gonna be fun, except for the sheer amount of gb they use up on my switch.
I've been having a bit of a think and I'm realizing, well, this story really needs a rewrite. I'm ultimately not happy with how most of it was written (spur of the moment), namely from the start, to the end of Alabasta. I know I can do better now, especially as I'm planning to write other things in the meantime.
So yeah, I'm going to be revamping this story, and giving Saurus more characterization since I feel like I half assed it. Everything I have planned for post Skypeia will still go ahead as I have a LOT of stuff in mind and don't want to just throw it out. Don't know when exactly the rewrite will start, especially as I want to write other things too, but it IS going to happen.
