Bobby's POV:

Mary and I got married three years ago and have been living happily together since. We've thought about children, but we still want to wait a while until we're sure we're ready. Right now, I was in the backyard, training.

 "Bobby!" I heard Mary call.

"Coming, my sunflower!" that was my nickname for her. Sunflower.

I walked in the house and was confused as to why I smelled the scent of a rogue.

"I'm in the living room, Bobby! Quick!"

I hurried into the living room but stopped short when I saw a man lying on the couch. He seemed pretty sick, but that wasn't what I was in shock over. The man was a rogue!

"Mary, who is this? Why is a rogue in our house?" I asked her calmly, perhaps a little too calmly.

"Bobby, this is Casper. He's an old friend. Well, sorta. He helped me get used to living in the woods as a rogue. But, I never saw him much at all. And, eventually, he stopped coming to see me."

"I see...But how did you find him? Why's he here?"

"I was taking a walk near the edge of the pack when I saw something. I had to cross the border of the pack, but don't worry, I got one of the warriors there to accompany me. What I saw, was Casper lying behind some bushes. He's really sick and needs our help. The warrior told Quinn and Robin about it." I sighed.

"Ok, fine, Mary. You take him to the doctor. I'm going to talk to the Alpha and Luna." she nodded and kissed me before helping Casper to his feet. Before they walked out the door, Casper looked at me. He kinda looked similar to Uncle Cayden....

"Please...tell my brother, his mate, and friends I'm sorry...To be honest, if it weren't for Mary insisting I go to your pack doctor, I wouldn't be here. Tell them I'll be gone soon."

"I don't understand, sir. Who are these people?" I asked. He sighed and wheezed.

"You'll find out soon enough who I am....After you do, you'll dislike me and want me out. Both of you."

"Casper, that isn't true!" Mary protested. He gave a short laugh.

"Mary, I've been a rogue for many years. I did something terrible to someone who loved me. It is true you both would dislike me. But after I go to the doctor, I'm leaving...I cannot stay here. When your former Alpha finds out I'm here, I will be severely punished."

"Why?" I asked, not understanding. He was going to answer but he burst into a fit of coughing.

"Easy, Casper, deep breaths...Bobby can you get a glass of water?" Mary asked. I nodded. I soon returned with the glass and he slowly drank it. "You can tell us more later, Casper. Right now, we're going to see the doctor. Bye, Bobby. Love you!"

"Love you too, Sunflower." I responded as we went out separate ways.

When I entered the pack house, I went straight to Robin's office. I was surprised to find Gamma Cayden, Beta Zack, the former Alpha and Luna there, as well as Miss Amy, Miss Lia, and Robin and Quinn.

"Is everything ok....?" I asked hesitantly.

"We know about the rogue, Bobby. But we also know something you may not yet know." Sir Alex said.

 "What is it?" I asked.

"Bobby, when the rogue entered, we felt the rogue's presence of course, but there was something familiar. When the warrior told Quinn and Robin about the rogue, we were here. We asked for a description." Beta Zack explained.

 "Yea...?" Gamma Cayden sighed.

"He's my brother." I stared at him, my eyes wide. "After I had just met Amy, I was outside with my brother and a visiting Alpha, the Alpha's daughter, and the Alpha's Beta. They beat up on me. Casper didn't try to stop them. Instead, he did the same exact thing." Casper...that's the rogue's name that Mary brought home!

"I banished him for it. And now, he's back." Sir Alex said, giving a light growl.

"Alex, calm down." Miss Kelly told him.

"Bobby, is anything wrong? Do you have a lead to Casper?" Miss Amy asked. I couldn't lie. I was now a warrior. It was my duty to protect the pack.

"Yes....I do....Mary found him near the edge of the pack and brought him home. He's very sick. She took him to the pack doctor. Before you do anything to him, I need to tell you something. He wanted me to tell you all that he's sorry for everything. He said he'd leave after he saw the doctor. He said if Mary hadn't insisted, he'd still be in the woods right now."

"He...He's sorry...?" Gamma Cayden asked in a quiet tone. I nodded. "And he's sick?"

"Yes, sir." Gamma Cayden looked over at Sir Alex, who nodded.

"Bobby, take us to him, please." Sir Alex requested. I nodded.

"Shall we go too, dad?" Quinn asked.

"I don't see why not. You do need the experience." her father smiled at her.

Cayden's POV:

I hadn't seen my brother in many years. I missed him a lot. I couldn't believe he was back. But I think most of all, I couldn't believe he was sorry for what he had done. He was really bitter when he left. I'm kinda worried about him. I don't know how sick he is, but I hope he'll be ok...
