Description: Nozomi Kubo was a former martial artist and now he's a artist. Then the city he lived in got attacked by Jark Matter, Nozomi tried to fought of some of them but they were too strong and was about to die. Until his mind has been transported in a white space and has met "Ryusei Sakuta", he asked Nozomi if he wishes to have power to fight which Nozomi said yes because he wants to protect people. "Ryusei" liked his answer and gifted him the Meteor Driver and Nozomi came back while having the Driver, he uses it to become Kamen Rider Meteor and fought off the Jark Matter army. Later on he met the Kyurangers and saw that they were in trouble, until he stepped in then helped them and was offered to join W.A.R which he becomes part of the team.
