I slept in today, and got up at 8:13 A.M. to make breakfast since I was hungry. I usually don't eat breakfast, but I felt hungry so I did. Plus I'm going to workout after this.
Breakfast: Froot Loops + 2% milk, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese cubes, and watermelon applesauce.
Cals: 360I wanted to have something a little unhealthy, so I had Froot Loops and it was already portioned since it was one of those cereals from school. Then I added turkey bacon for protein, cheese for fats, and applesauce for some fruit. I would've added an image, but my phone won't let me.
Lunch: 2 apple cinnamon nutri-grain bars
Cals: 260I wasn't really hungry, but I felt the need to eat so I had 2 breakfast bars for lunch. Especially since my mom plans to take us out for dinner tonight with my grandparents. So I didn't want to overeat and be too full for tonight.
Dinner: Pizza rolls + ranch
Cals: 940I know this isn't healthy, but plan were canceled since my mom had to go into work. Plus we badly need to go shopping, we have almost no fruits and vegetables, not much of anything healthy.
Total calories: 1, 560
I did pretty good today, I didn't eat until I was uncomfortable and I moved around quite a bit. I did some household chores, my workout, and my mom, brother, and I walked around the town a bit. I tried to at least add a vegetable and fruit to at least 1 meal a day. I tried to do it every meal, but I don't always have fruit or vegetables for every meal. So I made to wear I add it to at least 1 meal.
