I was going to fast today, but my parents had plans for the day and I'd be active all morning. So I had a bowl of mini wheat cereal to start off my day. I usually have oatmeal, but I didn't feel like it today and I haven't had cereal in awhile.
breakfast: mini wheat cereal + 2% milk
Cals: 542My family and I went shopping for Christmas and visited some family. Christmas is coming up in a day, so we had to be quick and get it all done by then.
lunch: tuna sandwich, granola bar
Cals: 470After lunch, I cleaned my room for 3 hours until having dinner at 4 like usual. Then I finished up my room after dinner. It took forever because we'll be moving soon and I wanted to get rid of a bunch of stuff. Especially stuff I don't need, that way it'll be easier when we move.
dinner: white rice, vegetables, chicken & polish sausage
Cals: 600This meal may sound a little weird, but we had leftovers that needed to be eaten up. I did go over my calorie deficit, but I burned all my calories today and was active. Plus my mom was out to look for a house, so we had to warm up leftovers. I usually make dinner, but my mom was off of work.
According to my exercise tracker, I burned 600 calories through cleaning my room, walking, and my workout. Everything else would have to be me doing nothing or something.
