I woke up this morning to change, and my clothes were bigger on me. Like my one pair of pants was tight and it was way looser this morning. And I noticed a lot of the fat around my hips are gone, I'm so happy.

       Anyways, today I'm going to try and actually follow the directions of eating one meal and no snack at all. It'll be difficult, but I'll stay hydrated and drink lots of tea and water. I have decided that after this week, I'll go back to my normal eating patterns. Mainly because my period is coming up and I don't want my period to affect my fasting. So I'll get back to it after that week and finish up the challenge.
