     I went back to school today and woke up early to workout. Then got ready to go to school and today is the start of my OMAD fast, so I'll have lunch today for my big meal. And I'll have a snack around dinner time to hold me over until the next day. Anyways, my goal is to reach 130 by April, which is 4 months away. The reason is because I want to look good in all my clothes, feel better, look better, and feel happier.

lunch: ham + cheese sandwich, salad + ranch, bread roll, banana, moon pie

     After bowling practice, I had my snack with some raspberry lemonade which was 5 calories, since it was crystal light.
