breakfast: maple & brown sugar oatmeal

dinner: large shell pasta, alfredo sauce, mixed vegetables.

I knew having a pasta dish would be high in calories, but I was craving pasta. Which is ok, it is no big deal. I workout tonight anyways and I'm aiming for 40 minutes tonight.

snacks: small hot cocoa (made with water) , garlic bread roll

I had a garlic bread roll, because my teacher made them homemade and I didn't want to turn it down. It was delicious, but I could've said no. I only had the hot cocoa, because it was chilly out and it was only a dollar.

Total calories: 1,390

I did pretty good today, I did go over my calorie deficit by 90. But that isn't bad, I just should've drink hot chocolate or eat the roll. And I did eat too many bread and pasta carbs, but I could work it off. Plus I don't have school tomorrow and I actually have a fasting day tomorrow. So I plan to go for a walk and to get outside. But that depends on the weather.
      Though I did realize that I don't have enough protein, but that's ok. Anyways goodnight.
