So I woke up with a small sore throat, and I wasn't feeling like having oatmeal. My mom just went shopping yesterday, but we did have applesauce.

breakfast: applesauce

lunch: sloppy Joe, salad + ranch, apple

    My schools sloppy joes were actually homemade and they were delicious. But I did have an apple and salad, since I wanted to have at least something healthy.

dinner: five cheese hot pockets

   This obviously isn't the healthiest option, but I did get home at 6 p.m. because I had bowling today and all that. So this was quick and easy to microwave.

snack: juice
Cals: 160

Total calories: 1,256

     I didn't have time to workout, but I was moving around a bit throughout the day. I'll make up for it on Sunday, since usually Sunday's are my non-workout days.
