     I'm posting this here for the week and I won't be updating on my calorie intake and what I ate on the 25th or 26th, because I won't have my phone on me. Plus I'll be busy, so I'm quickly writing this.

Foods I can eat:
• Oatmeal
• Whole wheat cereal
• Muffin (only 1)
• Granola bars (moderate)
• Any fruits and vegetables
• Chicken
• Pork
• Beef
• Cheese
• Sausage
• Grains
• Eggs
• All healthy foods

Foods I can not eat:
• White rice or bread
• Noodles
• Too many starches
• Sugary foods and drinks
• Greasy food
• Chips
•Fast food
• Any unhealthy foods

     I'd usually put my intermittent fasting times on here and plans, but I'm following a intermittent fasting plan of challenge for a month. I'll be posting a chapter on it soon.
