Today is Friday, I obviously went to school and ate throughout the day. I'm going to dread waking up early tomorrow since I have a bowling tournament at 10 a.m. in Oscoda. Which is around and hour away, so I'll have to wake up, exercise, eat breakfast, shower, and get ready at around 5 a.m.
breakfast: toast, jam, applesauce

Cals: 363I couldn't say no to pizza, so I had a slice of that with applesauce.
dinner: grilled cheese sandwich, 1 cup tomato soup

I was craving soup and grilled cheese, so I had some of that.snack: apple cinnamon muffin, golden graham cereal
Cals: 290I was trying to not snack at all, but I was hungry.
