Cals: 270I don't know why, but I ended up with a migraine after this. I did after having cereal and milk yesterday too. I know that I'm not lactose intolerant, because I eat ice cream, cheese, and yogurt all the time. Maybe it's just milk itself. Plus I never had this issue until I started having cereal and milk.
