Vanny POV:

Another nightguard, again? When will this company learn? At 1 am, I woke up to see Freddy Fazbear walking around my part of the factory saying, "Need to find Afton, he's alive again, need to kill him for good." The Freddy Fazbear animatronics are all possessed by children killed by Afton. The spirits were fine once they knew he was dead, but something messed with the facial scanners for nightguards. Now they think Afton keeps coming back to life when in reality, they're killing innocent workers. Plus, the animatronics are programmed to attack intruders, and people who are dead aren't in the systems anymore. I just stood in the storage room waiting for the others to wake. The "others" included Rat, Cat, and Vinnie. Also known as Marcus, Matthew, and Vincent. We were the only sane and not vengeful spirits possessing animatronics in the place, so we stuck together. I hadn't heard screams for the past hour, so I went to investigate. I knew it wasn't a good idea for me to leave Rat and Cat theater's animatronic storage area, but there was a chance these guards were alive. Might as well give them a warning if they haven't run into the Freddy Fazbear animatronics or Candy and Cindy if they get unlucky. I grabbed a knife and snuck through the factory until I ran into three nightguards instead of one. (What are the bastards of the company thinking? Send in more than one nightguard and think sacrificing them will shut us all off?) The nightguards looked like they were about 20 years old, and consisted of a woman with red hair, dark skin, and orange eyes, a man with brown eyes, dark brown hair, and caramel skin, and a man with blonde hair, light skin, and brown eyes. They all wore the famous purple nightguard uniform, and the blonde man seemed familiar to me. I just couldn't place it. The woman looked in my direction and I hid behind the wall until it was long enough for her to look away. I started to hear a twang of the guitar, and I knew whose guitar that was. I also knew, that if I didn't do anything. Those people are dead. I flipped a light switch on, held my knife, and threw it past the three nightguards. The knife went partway through the neck of a bass guitar. The lights flickered on and off until they finally stayed on to show an original blue Bonnie model with glowing red eyes standing behind the nightguards. They all stared at me in shock, and from annoyance, I yelled, "COME ON YOU THREE IDIOTS, YA WANNA GET STUFFED IN A SUIT ON YOUR FIRST NIGHT?! FOLLOW ME!" The three nightguards ran over and I could hear the dark brown-haired one saying, "This isn't happening, this isn't happening." The woman yelled at him, "IT'S HAPPENING! WE JUST HAD TO JINX OURSELVES!" The blonde one stayed silent as the three nightguards followed me through the factory until we reached the storage room. All three of them got inside the storage room and before shutting the door, I turned around to see Bonnie staring a few yards away. His eyes flickered brown and red until he turned and walked away. I could tell he was trying to fight the programming. Bonnie was the only animatronic possessed by a kid that was killed by Afton and got over it. Sadly, programming beats the spirit. The others and I got lucky that we possessed empty suits instead of programmed robots. Vincent's technically a wooden stick, but still, lucky. I turned to see Marcus, Matthew, and Vincent all awake and staring at the three nightguards. Cat approached the nightguard with blonde hair and asked, "Did they send innocent people in just to die again?" I nodded, "Yeah, I was shocked that they sent in three instead of one like normal. The only reason these three have survived two hours is that one, it's Monday morning, and two, the animatronic we ran into was Bonnie." Vincent facepalmed himself "Of course, just great. The new nightguards are only here because of luck and you." The woman had asked, "Who exactly are you four? And how are you moving?" Marcus had answered, "Well, I'm Rat, the puppet is Vinnie, the bunny is Vanny, and the cat is, Cat. We're all moving because, well, almost everything here is possessed, including us. And if you need proof, check inside us. We don't have endoskeletons." Vincent whispered, "We're also some of the only sane people here. But, who are you three, and are you okay?" The three nightguards seemed surprised and I couldn't tell if they were nervous or excited. The woman then answered, "Well I'm Pluto, the blonde one is Dylan, and then the other guy here is Jake. I'm fine though, just a little shaken up. And confused, I think Dylan and Jake can join me on that. Also, HOW ARE WE TALKING WITH GHOSTS?!" Dylan was looking at Matthew, Marcus, and Vincent with shock and disbelief, and he also looked as if he was going to have a heart attack. Jake seemed really interested in us when he asked, "So we're talking with dead people. Cool." After I heard the name Dylan, I just stared at his eyes and realized how dull they looked. (That's why he looked familiar, okay, just happy to hear he's alright. Not expecting to have him here as a nightguard out of all things. But what happened after I died? Did what happened to everyone affect him that much? And what happened to Anna? ) Dylan pulled out a piece of paper I hadn't seen in years. It was a missing poster for Bryan. I still remember the day he went missing, the blood on the ground, Anna's sobs, and Dylan's constant cries, asking me where Bryan was. I shook myself out of my thoughts when I heard Jake ask in excitement, "So, who are you all possessed by? And how are you in the suits?" Matthew was staring at the paper Dylan was holding and quickly glanced at me. I forget I never told him what happened after he, Marcus, and Vincent died. After a few moments, he answered, "You don't need to know who we were just yet. But as Vinnie said, we're the only sane people here who don't have glitched programming. Rat, Vanny, and I are just suits while Vinnie is a literal wooden stick." "We're also some of the only spirits that aren't vengeful." Vincent also added. He then continued, "But to answer your question about how, we don't know about ourselves, we just know that Candy and Cindy, along with most of the Freddy Fazbear animatronics were possessed because Afton figured out how to keep the spirit on this plane. Also, the Bonnie model you ran into is possessed by a sane spirit, but we don't know who possessed him. So if you run into him again, he should give you enough time to try and run. Or if you can delete the programming, you may not have to run. But the rest, not so much. And the animatronics that aren't possessed are in full security mode 12-6. They will rip you apart." We all stood silently, I weighed down our options, "The animatronics are stirring and even though the first night of the week is the easiest, it's the night when almost all animatronics are active. You three should stay here until 6 hits while I make a map." Pluto was sitting on a crate and yawning, "Why do we need a map?" Marcus answered her question for me. "The map will be of the entire factory and have notes of what animatronics are here, which parts they hang around, when they are around those parts, and who's active depending on the night of the week." Jake and Pluto just nodded their heads while Dylan went to sit down against a wall. While Jake and Pluto continued talking with Vincent and Marcus, Matthew sat beside him, "I am sorry if this seems rude and intrusive, but who is he? Was he found?" I knew Matthew probably already guessed the answer, but he needed to know, whether it was from me, or him. (Matthew is going to kill me later.) Dylan sighed, "He. He was my brother, and no. No one ever found his body." Marcus asked, "Was? What do you mean, his body?" Dylan looked at Pluto and Jake, Pluto nodded, and Jake checked the time on his watch and then looked back at Dylan. I knew what was coming, I distracted myself by looking for the map, but I could sadly still hear something I never wanted to hear again. "My brother went missing at Freddy Fazbear's and." Dylan hesitated and his breath was shaky, "We found blood in the parts and service room. The doll that he's holding in the photo was there, and it was covered in his blood. He was said to be dead, but I still made posters with my mom and his mom. He wasn't ever found. A week after he was gone, my mother died choking on her own blood during work. They ended up having the same funeral, and after three years of searching, I gave up. It was pointless at that point." Matthew looked up at me, and I mouthed later. After a few minutes of silence, Jake yawned and asked, "Do you guys mind if we go to sleep or anything? We need to be awake to talk with the dead." Vincent shook his head, "We don't mind." Marcus crossed his arms, "I thought you were already talking with the dead?" Dylan wrapped his arms around his knees and said, "I'm not tired, so I'll stay up and maybe watch. But what jake means is it's Bryan's anniversary. So we'll be at a graveyard after this. And even though it's not their anniversary, we'll still visit my parents, their friends, and my brother's Mom." Vincent went off somewhere. Probably to find something for Pluto and Jake to wrap themselves up in and process. I spread the map out on one of the crates in the room. I then began to mark areas and make descriptions for each animatronic excluding us. I heard Pluto and Jake fall asleep after five minutes, and even after he said he wasn't falling asleep, I started to hear Dylan's quiet snores. Marcus went back to sleep and after making sure Dylan was comfortable, Matthew walked up to me. "Why didn't you tell us what happened after we died?" I sighed and spoke in a quiet voice, "What was I supposed to say? Your son died because we left him alone somewhere he should have been safe. Because we didn't realize how much he was suffering after you died. Anna was devastated when it happened. You should have seen Dylan, he was constantly asking, where's Bryan? But I couldn't answer his question, I couldn't do anything. And I'm sorry I didn't tell you anything, but I didn't want to worry you, and maybe there was some hope I had that Bryan would be found after I died, that he was still alive. And I didn't want to have you worrying every single day, feeling the same things I did." Matthew looked at the map and grabbed a pencil, erasing an area and then renaming it, he sighed, "You should have told us sooner, and also, you got the toys and funtimes mixed up again. You really need to stop doing that Valerie." He smiled and I smiled back. "Yeah, guess I do Matthew. I am sorry, and you're right. I should have told you three. But, when will we tell Dylan?" Matthew looked back at Dylan, "When he's ready, and when we're ready."
