I wake up today, shivering. Not surprised I caught a cold from last night. It's not as bad though. I think I can still go to work. 

I slowly made my way to work and I wear a mask so that I won't infect anyone. I did a Covid test just in case and of course it's negative. Just as a proof to everyone. You know how things are after covid. 

I got into work and I am ambushed in the morning. I literally was like, damn, it's 7 A.M. 

Me: Yes, Mi Jin-ssi, why are you here? Along with P.IN.T? 

Mi Jin: Yah, you better be off of our way. 

Me: Huh? What do you mean, Miss? I'm very sorry but it's you who's here. 

Mi Jin: DON'T PLAY DUMB. I know what you did last night. 

Me: What????

All I remembered was being tired AF waiting for a taxi all night. 

Mi Jin: Why were you the one arranging stuff for our Monsta X sunbae's show?

Me: Oh that. I was just doing my work, and I swear I left after that. 

Mi Jin: Not enough with that Ara b**** you also wants to be delusional. You must be wEAring this mask to put on a show that you're sick. Right?? To suck up attention. But sorry, they won't even bat an eye on you. Omona, what a sad story. 

Me: Mi Jin-ssi, I am indeed having a slight flu. I can't possibly dare to spread my flu towards you, the precious idols. I swear this has nothing to do with the idol you mention. 

Cho Yeon: I think we should really go. Let's go before anyone sees us. 

Mi Jin: I'll be keeping an eye on you, Y/n. You just wait and see. 

And they left. FINALLY!!! I'm feeling very uneasy today and I had to face that? Damn, I'm strong. 

As I sat, a senior in my department called me. 

Mrs. Kim: Y/n where are you??

Me: At the office. Where's everyone else?

Mrs. Kim: Did you forget? Tomorrow is the event. The event for Monsta X. 

Me: Oh, rightttt. I'm really really really sorry. I'll be there for the preparation in a minute.Thank you so much Mrs. Kim. It really slipped my mind.  

I then quickly started to move and I finally arrived at the venue. It was more open than I thought. I better get preparing quickly. 

-Time Skip: Lunch-

It's lunch time and I am back at the company for a bit to pickup things we need for the event but the receptionist of the company, who I've been quite close to, stopped me when I was about to go and eat after loading the things into the van.

Shin-a: Y/n-ah, let's eat together. 

Me: Sure. Let's go. 

We then took our seats.

Shin-a: Y/n-ah, did you know, there has been threats about tomorrow's event. 

Me: Really? What threats? 

Shin-a: I guess someone got the word about the I.M dating Ara out to those sasaengs and they have been saying to want to attack everyone tomorrow.

Me: That's very worrying. Ms. Ara is gonna be there tomorrow too. What if it is serious?

Shin-a: I'm not sure but the company has been notified. Usually they're not even serious. Don't let it bother you. Let's just eat!

Me: I hope so. Let's eat. 

After that, we got back to work. I have been fatigued by all the work that needs to be done. Thankfully, we were able to do it in no time because there were many people together. I was still tired though. 

As soon as I got off work, I go to the pharmacy to get myself some meds cause tomorrow's gonna be harder. To work, to watch and it's just... Pain. 

I ate my medicine and go to sleep directly. 

-The Next Day-

I have been better but at least my condition is slightly better than yesterday's. We're in for a ride of emotions today. Good luck, Song Y/n!

I got ready and got to work. I have to directly be at the venue of the event as it starts early and everything needs to be in place before the event starts. After everything is set, we welcome all the fans and helped them with the seatings. 

After getting the idols ready with hair and makeup, they finally is on their seats and the event is officially started. I have been walking here and there but I noticed that there's someone that has been behind the bushes close to the venue all along since it started. 

Even after 30 minutes, the same person is still there, stealing looks whenever nobody's looking. I got suspicious and I quickly asked for a toilet break from my colleague and sneakily checked the area, I saw a gun, hidden in the bushes. 

It is such a shocking find so I took a picture of it and I quickly got back to ask my colleagues to stop the event or everyone will be hurt. We all went into a quiet chaos as we're whispering to each other. 

We need the company's permission before ending and we have to wait before calling the police too. bodyguard companies have to be notified by the company itself and we are not in power to simply ask for more. Right now, everyone is worried of everyone's safety, especially the fans. 

We don't know when this person will start attacking. What could she be waiting for? 

Me: *whispers* What are we going to do? I don't think she will wait longer. She's like a time bomb. And she might attack if we send them all at once. This attacker can go ballistic.

Mr. Jung: *whispers* I'm so sorry but we are all trying. 

I heard a clicking sound and I figured we can't do this any longer. She's ready to attack. 

Me: I can't. It's okay, I'll take responsibility of the event success but I don't want to be the cause if anyone getting hurt. I'll go and stop the event. Ask everyone else to slowly. Just act normally, put everything back and just be sure to take everyone in the vans before the attacker find out. 

I took the microphone.

Me: We're so sorry but that would be it for today's event. I wish you all a good day. 

Fan 1: AH WAEEE????!!!

Me: They have another schedule to attend to, please leave carefully. 

I then left the mic and look around before telling the fans to use the other way. I told them to be careful and tries so hard to make it look normal. At this point many has been pointing their phones to me, recording me I guess for the internet. 

Most doesn't leave the venue as they want to wait for Monsta X to get away.  I tried keeping them as far away as I could to not get them hurt. We then packs our things and put things into the vans. 

I heard the double clicking sound... I know very well that this attacker wants to move now. 

I gathered everyone and as natural as I could, I tell them to make sure the people is safe first. We have took away things that are important and I think that's enough. 

By now, a lot of people succeeded to go back to the vans... Until....

BANG!
