Chapter 3

Joshua POV.

I ain't gone lie I didn't really like Mya like that. I just wanted a quckie that's it until her cuzin walked in.

She is bad as fuck. Her body was nice. Her face was so pretty. I wanted to cuff her in a heartbeat but I know she ain't worth that when I just fuck her cusin.

I walked down the hall and to her room. She was standing in the middle of her room then looked at me.

"Why are you in here??."she said looking at me like I was stupid.

"Um I just wanted to say sorry for what just happened I didn't mean to do that...I didn't really like her like that...she was throwing herself at me and I didn't back her down." I said walking into the room.

Kate POV.

Even though Joshua was cute he still did it with my cuzin and I don't need her sloppy seconds.

He came in my room to apologize to me but o wasn't going to make it easy for me.

"Joshua you were still in my room."I said walking towards him.

"I just wanted to say sorry because if you think about it...it wasn't my fault this my first time in this house. We could still be friends at least." He said holding his hand out.

"I guess Imma think about."I said as he walked out.

"Kate come on."Michael said walking me to the car then Mya walked outside.

"Where y'all think y'all going." She said walking down the stairs towards the car.

"We going to the store... Why?." I said walking up to her folding my arms.

"Girl back the fuck up."she said putting her hand in my face then looking at Michael.

"We going to the store .. Why??"he said looking at her

"Oh that's all I wanted to know from you not her."she pointing at me.

"Girl you just don't know how I'm feeling right now I will fuck you up." I said walking to the car. She didn't say nothing.

When Michael got in the car he looked and me then shook his head.

"Don't let her get to you Kate she just acting like that because you know your mother and she don't." He pulled out of the drive way and drove to a Burger place down the street.

When we pulled up I saw my best friend I always hang with when I come down here.

"Thank you Josh." I said looking at him.
"For what ." he said parking the car and looking at me.

"For always being there for me when I need someone to talk to...your like my walking diary...I wouldn't trade you for anything in the world."I said turned to him looking him in his eyes.

"You already know I got you.." He said looking at me then giving me a hug.

We got out the car and walked in the bugeria. We ordered something to eat and sat at a table in the back.

"Kate you didn't tell me you came back." A familiar voice came from behind me.

I turned around and seen Daniel. I got up and gave him a hug.

"Hey best friend I was going to call tomorrow..."I said letting go and looking at him.

"Well I know what happened I was just going to call you but I saw you over here with your cuzin...so I had to say something." He said looking at me in a sad way because he knew everything about my mom because we tell each other everything.

"Yeah well its hard to talk about but I'll call you tonight though."I said giving him another hug.

"Alright...take care...you to Michael." He said walking away waving then living the building.

Daniel is so cute. He's light skin with some juicy pink lips. We kissed before but that was when we were at a party and we joined the seven minutes in heaven game. When I tell you the were soft...they were soft.

Mean while me and Michael had small talk. It was going on 11:30 pm and I wanted to go to sleep early so we drove back home laughing and goofing off.

When we pulled up in front the house Mya was on the stairs crying.

We got out the car and she ran up to me and gave me a hug.

"Kate I am sorry for what I did to you earlier...I didn't know your mom died.." She letting me go then looking up at me.

"I guess we have something in common huh."I said looking down at her.

" I guess we do huh."she said smiling then wiping her tears away.

"Sorry for the things I use to do to you."she said walking towards the front door then going in.

I walked inside and went to my room. I pulled my phone out and called Daniel.

~Phone call~
Kate:hey Daniel

Daniel: Wassup

Kate: umm can you spend the night.

Daniel: yeah I'm going to be on my way right now.

Daniel POV

Kate is more than a best friend to me. She is the only girl that I could talk to with out her thinking I want to go with her.

When she's around we always smiling at each other and laughing.
When she called Mr to come over I was ready.
I put on my jogging pants and a white T-shirt.

She stayed four houses down from me so I just walked there.

I called her to tell her that I'm outside she came opened the door.

She had on somepink and purple jogging pants and a LSU sweater. She walked up the stairs and I walked behind her. Luckily her auntie don't care if they bring people in her house.

She walked in her room and I already knew what to do.

I took my shoes off and my shirt and get in the bed with her.

She laid on my chest and I wrapped my arms around her.

I felt tears hit my chest.

"Are you alright." I said looking at her.
"Yeah I just can't believe she's gonna for good this time."she said wiping away her tears and turning the TV down.

"Everything's going to be alright...I got you" she's the only girl I could say that to.

"I know best friend I got you to...I might have to stay here you know what that mean."
She said looking up at me.

"Yup same school my nigga." I said smiling.

We talked for like 20 minutes and drifted off to sleep.
