Brooklyn/Kate POV
It was going on 6:30pm. So I started to wrap things up and Iet Layla open her gifts.
People were taking pictures and saying their ohs and aws.
We cut the cake , passed it out and then everybody started leaving the only people that where still there was Monica and Daniel.
"She looks tired I'm bout to give her a bath and put her to sleep." I told them as they sat at the table in the secluded area. That's in the living room.
"Alright Imma come up there in a few." Monica said looking at me go up the stair then back at daniel.
By the time I finished giving Layla a bath. I went down the stairs to go by Monica and they were gone.
So I locked the door and went to the kitchen to get something to drink.
"I don't know how I'm gone clean all this up." I said to myself.
I went to the living room to watch a movie.I sat down cut the TV on.
8:00pm
I watched like about three movies when somebody knocked on my front door.
"Who is it" I said walking towards the door." I got no answer.
