Kate POV.

After the honey moon we had to catch a flight back to the U.S.

I fell asleep on Daniels shoulder and woke up with a head ache.

When we got to the house they had police and yellow tape around the house.

When me and Daniel got out the car I seen my mom car she gave gave me when I left.

I kept it cause that was one of the last things she left me.

"Excuse me ma'am or you Kate J. Boldwinn." A police said looking at me in anger.

"Yes why was going on." I said in confusion.

"You are under arrest for the murder of Eva Shannie White ..any thing you say will be hold against you in the court of law." The man said as he turned me around and put the handcuffs on me.

"But I didn't do anything." I said looking at him then at Daniel.

"Don't worry baby I'm going to get you out of this before you know it." He said walking by me giving me a kiss.

"What are you doing to my mommie..leave her alone." Layla said running towards me.

"Mommies going to be alright baby girl just go inside." I said looking at her with tears coming out of my eyes.

I seen Daniel walk up to daniel and shook her head by that time I was in the cop car driving of.

2months later

I was still in jail comes to find out they say that she was in my moms car that she gave me. They said that she was in my trunk lifeless with my finger prints on her.

There was no way I was going to get these people to believe me because everything pointed at me.

The judge gave me 15 years in jail and 10years on parole.
Daniel haven't visited me not once and I just was thinking about my baby.

I was set up and I don't know who did it but when I find out they gone hear from me.

"Kate you have a visitor." One of the officers said he was cute he had a crush on me but I was begin faithful to Daniel.

I walked to the front table and I saw Monica holding Josiah she was getting so big.
They had a glass in between us.

I picked up the phone.

"Hey big M "sadden a little because even though she was my best friend I wanted to see daniel and my baby.

"Hey Kate how you holding."

"Not that good but one of the guards crushing on me." I said looking at her.

"Oh well I don't know how you going to take this but daniel got another botch in y'all house and I beat her up a couple time for you."

"Wow really what about Layla."I asked just to see where she was.

"She still living with him but she don't like oh girl I been bringing her by me lately." She said then she started crying.

"Don't cry Monica."

"No best friend how could thing happened I don't like seeing you like this your pregnant with this nigga baby and he just out here doing him." She said crying her eye out.

"I know but you need to be strong with me."I said looking at her then put my hands on that glass.
She touched it on the other side. Then a tear fell down my face.

"Kiss Josiah for me and Layla."

"Alright just write me and I'm going to send you pictures...also when are you due."she said wiping her tears and smiling.
