<Today (January 17th) is my birthday! :D>

<I've never went to Ihop so if there's something that doesn't make sense just blame my lack of knowledge and my laziness about not researching about it.>

<Also, the 10k reads chapter will be posted late because of my massive lack of motivation. Writers block came back with a baseball bat. But I will try my best to work on it and get it out as soon as I can.>

Ihaye opens the door and holds it open as you get dragged in by Onyx. They take off your blindfold and playfully do jazz hands as you look around. "Tadaaaa!~"

You glance at the restaurant and look back at your best friends. "Ihop??"

Ihyae shrugs. "The pancakes are great. Plus, this is practically your first time coming here."

You raise a brow at them
"This is my first time coming to Ihop."

Ihyae grins. "See? Besides, the waiters are really hot."

You give them a concerned look. "Righttt... okay, are you sure you didn't bring me here for my birthday as an excuse to hang out with the waiters??"

Ihyae laughs and rolls their eyes while leading you to a table. "No, but that's a pretty smart idea."

You sit down at one of the larger booths and lay down across the cushioned seat while Onyx and Ihyae sit on the other side. The place was pretty empty so it should be fine that you chose a table bigger than what you needed.
You sigh and prop your legs up on the seat, looking up at the ceiling.

You pull out your phone and play some Cats&Soup, spacing out while you friends talk about how good the pancakes here are.
You make a mental note to try the chocolate chip ones.

You hear someone clear their throat and you look up from your phone screen to glance up seeing somebody standing at the front of the table. "Well you sure look comfy."

You sweatdrop and quickly sit up. "Oh! Uh- yeah, sorry."

They chuckle and smile down at you. "No worries!"

You take in his appearance as they take the other's orders. He had fluffy blonde hair and sky blue eyes.
He had an energetic but comforting aura about him and his smile was contagious, making the corners of your mouth turn upwards in your own small smile.

"I'll have Strawberry pancakes Sun!" Onyx gives him a small grin.

"And I'll have chocolate chip pancakes please." Ihyae pipes in.

He turns to look at you, catching your accidental stare and returning it with an unbothered beam. "What would you like?"

You blink awkwardly, a slight blush rising to your cheeks as you become slightly embarrassed for staring. "Um.. just chocolate chip pancakes."

He nods in acknowledgement as he writes it down on his notepad, his bangs bouncing slightly. "Alright! Wave me or any of the other waiters over if you need anything."

He pauses and turns back to you with a cheerful wink. "I'll also bring an extra throw pillow from the lounge so you could be more comfortable."

You watch him walk away blinking as what he did finally loaded in your brain.

Your face heated up and Ihyae chuckled. "See? I told you.
Oh! Here comes Moon, he's one of Onyx's favorites."

Another waiter comes by, this one had navy blue hair nearly dark enough to look black and an odd patch of white that swooped to the side slightly covering his right eye.
He was wearing a dark blue beanie.
He seemed tired as his shoulders drooped slightly and his garnet eyes were half-lidded.
