I just start to drift of to sleep when I hear a loud bang. Something thudding to the floor. I get up and, not bothering to switch the lights on, creep out of my room and into the living-room. I look around in a panic, having hated loud sounds all my life. Adrenaline pumps through my body as my eyes dart around the darkness. "Hello? Lucy? Don? You... ok?"
I bump into something, or someone. "H-hello? Don? TK?" I slowly turn around to face the figure, but am stopped short as I feel their hands wrap around my waist, holding me tight so I can't escape. I writhe around, trying to get away from them. "G-get off of me-!" A wet cloth is shoved over my mouth, and my limbs start to weaken. My nose and mouth are covered, inhaling the fumes of the cloth. My eyes start to flutter shut, whatever drug doused on the fabric affecting me quickly.
The last thing I remember is whoever holding me kissing my cheek and whispering into my ear, just as it all faded away, the voice being one all too familiar.
