Normalize reviewing the growth of your relationship by occasionally asking your partner "Is there anything that makes you feel loved that I don't do enough?, I love you but I wanna make sure you feel it how I mean it. So what can I do to make you feel loved?" Trust me there's a lot you will learn from such conversations, either about yourself, the relationship, your ability to love other people, and how you can perhaps improve. I've noticed from my past relationships that I'd date a girl that says she loves me, but her actions and the way she moves, to me, doesn't portray the love they're talking about. Don't blame them. Sometimes we don't get to have conversations like this as couples. We overlook them yet they're very important. You can't be loved right if you can't effectively communicate your feelings or thoughts.
