Serenity Hiraya

The smile immediately faded from my face as I stopped laughing. My forehead creased upon hearing his words.

Anong sabi niya?

"Cat got your tongue, Añasco?"

"The fuck? Naririnig mo ba ang sinasabi mo? Kadiri." I slapped his shoulder that made him laugh.

Bwiset talaga 'tong lalaki na 'to kahit kailan.

He quickly stepped out of the shower when I started pushing him. Hindi pa rin maalis 'yung mapang-asar na ngiti niya.

"Ano, Alvarez?! 'Wag ka na magpaganda diyan, par! Tagal amputa!" I heard my classmate shouting from outside.

Kahit naiinis ako ay hindi ko pa rin mapigilang matawa nang mahina dahil sa narinig ko. Fuck, did they really think he was gay?

"Alis na, Alvarez. Maganda ka na, oh," pang-aasar ko.

He glared at me before completely closing the bathroom's door that made me laugh. I twisted the doorknob and opened the door again to watch him panic.

Nagkalat pa ang mga gamit niya sa sala tapos katok nan ang katok ang mga tao sa labas.

After approximately five minutes, he took his shoulder bag and his black aqua flask tumbler before completely leaving the apartment. When he got out, I could still hear them inside. They were so loud, and I know for a fact that the neighboring unit can hear their noise.

Nakahinga ako nang maluwag nang makaalis siya. Finally, peace.

I decided to clean the whole unit first and my room before I took a shower again. We also have a shoot today, hindi kasi naming natapos kahapon. Sabi ni Vi, mga ilang shots na lang naman daw tapos okay na 'yung video namin.

I wore a high waisted short and paired it with a sage green crop top and checkered flannel long sleeves. I chose a white converse shoe instead of wearing my sneakers. A white tote bag and my white hydro flask was enough to complete the look.

Kahit 1 PM pa ang call time ay umalis na ako ng 12:15. Magkikita pa kasi kami ni Violet at sabay kaming pupunta sa shooting place namin.

We stopped in a coffee shop first and ate our late lunch. I ordered a matcha drink and a blueberry cheesecake that made her frown.

"Ew, that shit tastes like grass," she commented as we stared at my matcha drink.

"Excuse me? At least I don't drink coffee that can make my heartbeat faster as if I am dying. And at least I'm not prone to health risks because of caffeine."

She snickered before sipping on her drink. She ordered an iced americano, na hindi ko maintinidhan ang lasa.

"Ang tapang talaga ng kape, halatang kaya ako ipaglaban," she blurted out of the blue.

Natawa ako. "Oo, tapos hindi naman siya si Iñigo pero napapabilis niya tibok ng puso mo 'no?"

"Ay, OMG! Natututo ka na sa akin?" Excited na sabi niya bago nakipag-apir sa akin.

Mabilis din naman kaming natapos kumain kaya sabay kaming sumakay ng jeep papunta sa shooting place naming. We decided to shoot at the park near the museum. Our social advocacy is Women Empowerment. And our last scene was showing the audience that we are carefree and confident. Halos lahat ng nasa grupo namin ay babae, si Kenneth lang ang hindi.

Mabilis lang ang naging takbo ng shooting naming dahil cooperative naman ang members naming. Now, we were seated on the bench as we watched the clips from Violet's camera. Kenneth will be the one to edit the whole video and hopefully he can apply the editing techniques.
