Just made eclairs. I think they would've been extra better if I had a proper pastry tip to fill them instead of cake piping tips and if I had a 1/2 inch tip so I didn't just plop 'em down in tacky cylindrical shapes (I tried a plastic bag at first and it FAILED leaving me with 14 out of 18-20 eclairs I should've had) and made the chocolate topping thicker. But when I bit into a cold one—ugh, my eyes almost rolled back. Reminds me of the freezer ones my parents used to buy from time to time but better since it was smooth créme patisserie instead of weird icy ice cream.
