1999 afaini Shakur POV sign I know am the last person u wanted to see I have let the anger go long time ago  Lisa was wit me to I can't believe he is gone well  he better place now  we heard from his son that he passed away y'all can come if u want to  we here today to celebrate the life of Benjamin  Garland who was spiral man  I remember wen I first I met him I was surprised that I saw him after Tupac get shot the first time   I get to know him  he was nice man  well I met Billy years ago  wen we both in the black panther party we lost touch for awhile  I didn't know he was alive but I knew he was alive am really sorry for that Billy I really am. But the least time I saw him. He looked kinda sick  well am happy that he get to see both of our grandkids beginning born the last time I saw him he was sick never knew he  anyway I want to send all my thoughts n partners to his family this from  Tupac hey old man sorry we had to the times that we had  am  sad that  u gone well am glad u came wen u did even know I thought u had dead but we will be missed rest in power   Tupac thank u for coming will we going to miss him I know honey how u stay so strong .
