Snatched (part one)

Devin and Mario were walking around Atlantide, looking around some of the newer shops, suddenly there was a tap on both of their shoulders, Devin yelped and whipped around, Mario had already turned, his hand on his dagger, both relaxed when they saw who it was, Allumos and Pat stood there, Patrick had his nose buried in a book, a lead around his wrist so he wouldn't be lost, Allumos had a fond smile on his face as he looked at the younger boys "Greetings Devin, Mario" he dipped his head gently as he said both of their names, Devin smiled and waved slightly, Mario smiled before responding "hey Al, what are you two doing here?" he asked the two taller men, Pat looked up from his book, flashing the Divinus magia boys a smile "Vipers in a bad mood so we were looking for something to cheer him up" he answered them, Allumoses sharp ears twitched "say" he said after a moment "why don't you two come visit him, that might cheer them up" he offered, Devins eyes lit up, not having seen the inside of the new guild hall, Mario grinned "sure why not" he said, shrugging, Allumos waved for the shorter boys to follow him and began walking off towards his guild hall, dragging Pat with him, Devin and Mario quickly followed after.

Once they made it to the guild hall they headed inside, Allumos directing them to Vipers room as he released Pat from the leash on his wrist, allowing him to wander off, as they up to Vipers room he looked to Devin "I hope you know Hes not going to let us go" Devin paled before asking what the dragon slayer meant, Mario smirked "Hes going to try to keep us, we'll need to call Brandon and Ritchie to come retrieve us when we want to leave" he answered, knocking on Vipers door, after a moment the door faded from existence, Viper standing behind where it was a moment ago, arms crossed "oh, hey, what are you guys doing here?" his arms dropped to his sides as he spoke, Mario snorted "Allumos wanted an excuse to kidnap us and used you as an excuse" Viper laughed slightly before waving them into his room, they sat at the table, talking and drinking tea as they spoke and gossiped, after a few hours it began getting dark, Viper seemed to notice after a bit "you guys should probably head out if you want to get back to your island before midnight" Mario looked out the window "oh yeah, it is pretty late" he said, standing, the other two following his lead and standing, the three boys headed downstairs, once they reached the front door they started to say their goodbyes, Pat entered the room, a worried look on his face "are you leaving so soon?" he asked, Devin nodded and Mario smiled at him "yeah we were going to head home" Pat walked to the trio, shooing them from the door "come on, you should stay the night, it's dangerous to go this late" he said, the Divinus magia boys glanced at each other before shrugging, after a moment Mario spoke "sure why not" he responded, a relived look covered Pats face before he looked to Viper "Mitch, can you take them to the guest room please?" Viper snorted and walked up the stairs, Devin and Mario quickly following "what was that?" the imagination mage asked the dragon slayers, Viper chuckled before responding "Pat picked up Al's protective instincts from the mind link, neither of them are going to want you to leave" Mario snorted "remember last time he stole me?" he asked, Viper laughed "and we had to sneak you out via the roof? Yeah" Viper tapped the guest room door as he spoke, the door dissolved, allowing the younger boys to go in before he bid them goodnight, heading to his own room, Devin gave Mario a nervous look "are we trapped here?" he asked worriedly Mario was tucking himself into one of the beds "eh, I'll call the twins to come get us in the morning" Devin let out a sigh of relief and tucked himself under the blanket of the other bed "night" he sighed out, he received a noise in response
