I feel like a third wheel for Mindy and Anika and I'm so desperate to get out of this conversation, but I can't help it when Mindy is wrong.

"Its obviously Gryffindor. Bravery, confidence, determination what else could you ask for?" Mindy says

I look over to Anika and she shakes her head in disappointment.

"It's obviously Hufflepuff Mindy come on sweetie." Says Anika

"Thank you Anika, finally someone agrees with me." I say

"Well I can say Anika you'd look good in a Hufflepuff costume." Mindy says

"Well it's already bad enough that I'm third wheeling then this starts?" I say

I get no answer. I look over and to see them already making out, this conversation didn't even last 5 minutes.

𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏

Chad looks over and catches Ethan staring at a Hufflepuff.

"Why don't you go over there and talk to her?" Chad says
"Bro I don't think I can I mean look at her." Ethan says

Chad and Ethan both look over at the Hufflepuff and see her getting fruit punch from a punch bowl.

"Come on man Hufflepuffs are known for being nice and loyal." Chad says

Chad pushes Ethan towards the Hufflepuff, Ethan catches himself just a couple inches in front of the Hufflepuff.

"Uhm hi." Ethan says

The Hufflepuff turns around and Ethan realizes who he's talking to.

"Hi... Ethan? What are you doing here and what are you wearing." I say

"I could ask you the same thing." Ethan says

"I'm sure a Hufflepuff is easier to tell from whatever the hell your wearing." I say
"I'm dressed as a knight. Shouldn't it be obvious?" Ethan says
"Well I thought you were a piece of cardboard." I say

"I-"
Ethan gets cut off by someone yelling in pain. They go check and see what's happening to find Samantha tasing some guy in the balls.
