Now, currently, she went and took out a photo frame which was kept safely between a few clothes in that suitcase. It seemed that the clothes were a cover to it, keeping it secure as if it was some precious treasure. For KS, yes it was... It had an old picture of herself and her Noor dii... One of the only 2 materialistic memory she had of her Noor dii, the other one was an anklet (payal in Hindi) that Noor had gifted to her by saving her pocket money on the last birthday that she had celebrated with her blood related family.

This was the picture in the frame. Imagine the small girl as choti KS, she is kissing her Noor di.

Flashback:
KS was 5 years old and ND was 10 years old. There was another girl was also present there who was 16 years old. (KS does not remember currently who the 16 year old girl was) . The 3 of them were in the bedroom which KS and ND would share.
(I will use 'G' referring to the 16 years old girl)
KS was sitting on one corner of the bed with a grumpy face and her arms folded infront of her chest. She used to keep her arms that way as she had seen ND doing that whenever she was angry with KS and that made her look somewhat scarier than usual in KS's eyes.
ND was sitting on the study table trying to ignore the situation
G was sitting in between them on the bed itself trying to please the situation
G: aakhir aise kab tak baithne vale ho tum dono?
No response
G: Karii, Hassii, javab do hum kuch puch rhe hai (sternly)
Vaise toh aap mere samajhdaar readers ko toh pata hi hai, toh ab ND ko HM kar dete hai
HM: aapi ise boliye, isko humne padhne ke liye bola tha, aur ye ammi ko jhoot boli ki iska kaam sara ho gya hai aur park chali gyi dosto ke saath khelne ke liye, aur ab hume jaise hi pata chala, hum le aaye ise... usme bhi ye aise muh bana rhi jaise humari galti hai... har chiz mei drama hai inka
KS (shouting): achaa! Toh humara drama hai sab chiz mei
G (angrily): avaz niche!
KS flinched at it and continued
KS: s... Sorry... Vo ... Vo hum flow flow mei galti se ....
G: kitni baar kaha hai maine ki chillana nahi chahiye aise,
At this HM huffed like Mira (attitude vala) cause she knew it was KS's fault
G: tum dono ko bol rhi hu, tum koi Kam nhi ho Hasii
HM bowed her head and KS chuckled but soon she also bowed her head as G glared at her.
G: Kari tum, ek toh padhai nhi ki fir jhoot bolke gyi gharse.... Aur ab kis baat ki zidd leke baithi ho, tumhe park se laake kya galat kiya Hasi ne?
KS: humara izzat ka ch.... Vo kya bolti hai na aap...
HM: faluda?
KS: dhat, vo toh icecream mei dalta hai
HM glared at her but KS ignored
G: churan?
KS: haan, haan vahi, ND mere saare friends me samne humko Aisa gussa se boli aur hume leke aayi, humara izzat ka churan kar diya unhone
HM: churan bhi khaate hai vaise
This time both G and KS glared at HM and she kept quiet although KS was a cute glare while the other one was a dead glare
HM: dekhiye, humara bas itna kehna hai, ye agar galat karegi, toh hum inhe sudharenge, kal ko zarurat padhi toh 10 jan ke samne thappad bhi laga denge
KS: dekhaa... Aap itna daat ti kaahe hai, jab dekho daat ti, peet ti rehti hai humko chota chota galti pe... Areh itna bhi kya hai
HM: nahi karenge abse hum aapke liye kuch
Saying this HM left from the room
G: aise nahi kehte Karii
KS: aap toh humesha unki hi side leti hai
G: aisa nahi hai Karii bacha
KS: toh fir prove kariye
G: kaise?
KS: hum ND ka diya hua kaam kr rhe hai, aap madat kr dijiye na doubts mei
G smiled inwardly as she knew somewhere KS was already guilty that is the reason she wanted to complete the work. After a while, the work was done:
KS: hash... Finish, uff itna kaam kon deta hai karne ko
G: yehi pehle khatam kr leti toh Hasii naraz nhi hoti na
KS: vo kya naraz hogi humse, hum hi ND se naraz hai
G: uffoo
KS: aap ye sab chodho, ab aap merko park le jaayengi?!🥺🥺 (KS asked making the best possible puppy face)
G: jii, chaliye
They went to the park. In the park, they saw HM was also there, sitting by a pond which was there, near the park. HM was lost in her thoughts giving food to the fishes.
