S1 E9: Mind of Your Business

At night, inside Cadet Housing, in her bedroom, Cynder still sleeps in her bed. Somehow, she's having a nightmare. In her mind, she floats in her dream world, envisions the second Infinity Stone, also known as the Mind Stone, and realizes that Paradox can manipulate all minds. The Entity's deep laughter reached her earholes.

Paradox: "(laughing) I see you, daughter of Malefor."

Cynder: "(gasps)"

Paradox: "I will soon possess her telepathic mind. You were aware of my plan, weren't you?"

Cynder: "Yes. But I'm not letting you get into my mind."

Paradox: "Then, I will take it from you!"

In a struggle beam, both projectiles collide as Cynder releases her lightning beam towards the concussion eye beam of Paradox. She increases her power and blasts the Entity away from her dream. The eye of Paradox appeared behind her while she was celebrating prematurely.

Paradox: "Well done."

Cynder: "(screams)"

Paradox: "I'll let you keep your mind, but tell the Skylanders I'm coming for them."

Cynder woke up, frightened, after her dream.

Cynder: (Terrified) "(screams, panting)"

End of Music

Eon, Kaossandra, and Hugo entered her room.

Eon: "Is everything alright, Cynder?"

Cynder: "I... I... (sighs)"

Crying, she places her palms on her face.

Kaossandra: "Dear, what's wrong?"

Cynder: "I... I had a nightmare."

Hugo: "It's not about sheep, isn't it?"

Cynder, Eon, and Kaossandra look at Hugo, confused.

Hugo: "Just asking."

Cynder: "My sleep was haunted by a terrifying dream where Paradox attacked me."

Eon: "Wait a minute. Was my father in your dream?"

Cynder: "Yes, I also have a vision about the Mind Stone."

Eon/Kaossandra/Hugo: "The Mind Stone?"

Cynder: "I... I just can't get him out of my mind."

Kaossandra: "Shh. It's OK, it's just a nightmare."

Eon: "Hey, you know what? You can put that whole Paradox dream mess behind you and go back to sleep. Can you manage that?"

Cynder thinks that she can forget about the dream fiasco.

Cynder: "Okay. Thanks for comforting me, Master Eon, Kaossandra."

Kaossandra: "Anytime, dear. Anytime."

Cynder sleeps after Kaossandra, Eon, and Hugo exit her room. An echo of Paradox's laughter was heard.
