Manik was sitting in the conference. He looked at the reports and then kept the file and looked at the presenter.
"What name have we narrowed down on for the tower?" Manik said
"Sir we are narrowing it down?" the girl said
"Still narrowing it down?" Manik asked with a raised eyebrow
"The project is registered and all. Woh bas naam hi nahi narrow down hua hai?" one of the team member said and Raj looked at Manik
"Aap bol rahe hai ki 80 percent construction hone ke baad bhi humare naye residential complex ko naam nahi diya gaya hai. Mr...?" Manik stopped at the name
"Ravi, Sir" Ravi said
"Excatly Ravi. Pata chala naam kitna important hai. Kal tak naam lag jana chahiye complex ko" Manik said closing his file.
"Ok Sir" Ravi said
"Toh kya naam hai?" Manik asked and looked at the advertising head. The head looked shocked at Manik.
"Abhi chahiye Sir?" he asked Manik
"Toh kya parso denge aap?" Manik asked him
"Nandini" Raj said and everyone looked at him "How is Nandini as a name of the new complex" Raj asked and Manik looked at him shocked
"Nandini?" Manik asked with a tinge of happiness in his eyes. Raj saw him hiding a grin
"It's a nice name Sir. It means happiness. It's positive also" the advertising head said
"Nandini it is then" Raj said and got up "Kal tak naam laga do" Raj said getting up and leaving. Manik discussed further with them.
"Where is the foot fall data?" Manik asked them. He was presented with the data "2 percentage of foot fall is converting in buyers. That's so low" Manik said
"Sir tomorrow is Akashaytritya, we are expecting many booking tomorrow" the sales head said and Manik nodded. After one more hour of meeting Manik dismissed everyone and sat checking few numbers in the file. Pratik came and kept his coffee on the table.
Manik was turning the pages of the brochure when something took his attention. It was the photo of the view from one window.
"Pratik" Manik called before Pratik could leave. "From where is this view from?" Manik asked
"Sir it's the penthouse on top floor" Pratik said and Manik nodded. Manik remembered Nandini talking about taking a house. He called for Pratik again.
Pratik came running listening to Manik calling him in urgency "Haan Sir?" Pratik asked
"Yeh penthouse book hua kya?" he asked
"Nahi Sir" Pratik said and Manik nodded.
"Ok get car ready we are going for site inspection on Nandini" Manik said and Pratik nodded leaving to get the car ready.

Nandini sat in the office and looked around.
"Ma'am coffee?" Saniya her sales girl asked and Nandini nodded no "Kuch aur lengi aap?" she asked and Nandini nodded no. "So aap ko flat pasand to aaya na?" Saniya asked
"Yes bilkul and I know all the amenities I am getting. I am here to give the booking amount. Woh I saw you people have the Akashaytritya offer. I can have to pay 5 lakh as down payment. I am here to book the flat" Nandini said with a grin. She has been seeing this project for two years. She had loved the construction. It was closer to her hospital and her parents house, it was even not that far from Malhotra Mansion. She had come here many time to just see what all amenities and how the construction was. She had lived it. If she wouldn't have taken her house before, she would have invested here. But that was happening now. She wanted house in this complex and a week back she saw the Akashaytritya offer poster. She had made uk her mind. Last few days she had checked her savings. In wedding, most of her savings were gone, but there was 1.5 lakh balance. From her last month salary she kept 50k. So she had 2lakh in her had she need 3lakh so she thought of taking a gold loan.
