June 22, 2015: I would just like to thank you guys for reading - you've gotten me around 600 views! That's incredible! This is a REALLY short imagine that I wrote, but I think I'll continue to write "mini" imagines until I get more requests or if I don't have any inspiration to write.
While Bilbo is on a quest with the dwarves, a new member arrives.
"Aaaaahhhhh!" Bilbo screamed as an elf leaped up from behind the bushes and jumped in front of him, knocking him to the ground.
All dwarves turned around to see Bilbo flailing and thrashing about, covering his head from the monster.
"Don't hurt me, you maggot!" Bilbo shouted.
The dwarves all started laughing at their burglar's foolishness.
"Oi! It's just a friend of ours," cried out Ori, talking in between laughs. "You should have seen your face!"
Bilbo stood up from the ground and dusted the dirt off of his cloak. "Well, I knew that," he said, his cheeks turning a light shade of pink.
The elf started laughing along with the dwarves. Then, all of the sudden, he lunged toward Bilbo to see his reaction.
Bilbo fell down to the ground again, not anticipating another scare. While he lay on the ground, he decided to embrace his skittish nature and chucked with all the dwarves.
For a moment, just a moment, they almost forgot that they were on a treacherous journey - all thoughts of death and failure pushed to the side because of a hobbit that never failed to surprise them.
