"Good morning." San cheerfully greeted the nurse coming out from Wooyoung's room.

"Good morning doctor...ah...I don't recommend going in today..."

San frowned. "What? Why? Is something wrong with the patient?"

The nurse gulped. "No...it's just...his birthday and the same day his parents passed away...last year was a complete disaster."

San was aware that it's Wooyoung's birthday, he even prepared some things for him, but he didn't know it was his parents death too.

"Thank you." He nodded. "I'll take care of him."

"Good morning birthday boy!" San walked in with a smile, only to be greeted with a flying crayon at his face.

"Ouch..." he chuckled.

Wooyoung immediately got up from the floor when he realized that it was Dr. san and not the nurse again.

"Hey..." he smiled. "Were you sketching?"

Wooyoung just looked down towards his sketchbook left on the ground.

He watched San walk towards it and picking it up.

His heart dropped when his hands were on it.

But to his surprise, San only closed it and put it in the bedside drawer.

"I'm not taking a look until you tell me to."

"Anyways." San grinned. "Let's celebrate your birthday."

He left the room and came back with a small cake with a few candles and four nurses, all singing happy birthday to him.

Wooyoung was just sitting on his bed watching them.

He seemed zoned out.

But San didn't stop anyway.

"Thank you guys!" San closed the door after everyone left. "Now you have to blow out the candles."

It took a moment, but Wooyoung finally did it.

It made San smile widely. "Happy birthday."

He handed the cake to Wooyoung and went to get a spoon. "We don't need to cut the cake....here."

Wooyoung was staring at San a lot.

He was nothing like the other doctors.

He took the spoon and scooped a spoonful of cake, offering it to San.

Which was a surprise.

But San was more than happy to have the honor. "Wow thank you...it's good, you should try it, I'll get you another spoon."

They ate some cake in silence until San looked up at the other and couldn't help but laugh.

It made the other confused.

"You have frosting on your nose."

Wooyoung quickly wiped it off his nose.

But San's laugh was so sweet.

So he took so frosting on his finger tip and wiped it onto San's nose.

"Hey!" San laughed, doing the same to Wooyoung's cheek.

Then there it was.

The magical moment.

The moment San's heart did a flip.

And he was the one out of words.

Wooyoung's lips curled up into a tiny smile.

San was staring at him for a moment before smiling widely.
